I don’t think we could have had a better time as always it was sorted out in great detail for us by great staff and everything went great from the flights to pick up and drop off ,thank you to all the staff at travel Assiotes .

Through Tanya at Travel Associates Tauranga, we booked an exciting trip to Europe for September/October this year. As our departure drew near, my wife developed a heart problem and her Cardiologist adamantly stated do not travel, so, back to Tanya with our sad news. Our fares and accommodation were non refundable, so Tanya went into battle for us and with doctors statements she managed to get our costs refunded.
We are so grateful for her efforts and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Travel Associates to friends and family. Out of 5 stars, we give Tanya 6.
