I always book my flights through Megan at Travel Associates, she is very friendly and easy to deal with. She always gets me a good price and works with me to find the best flight route to Europe. Megan makes sure I have everything I need for my trip, insurance, transfers etc so I never need to stress about the details or flights lining up. She will also happily answer any questions I have and will check I am prepared before I fly. I highly recommend to book through her!

From start to finish Michael was amazing. We booked days before departing and he managed to get us onto the flights and cruise we wanted at such short notice. We then had a medical issue and needed to return a few days earlier than planned and again he came to our rescue. Never did he tell us of the headaches we caused for him. He went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was stress free.

As always Jane is super efficient, great communication, super helpful and always friendly and willing to help, will continue to use her and recommend her to anyone

Jane Hudson was absolutely fantastic. Organised us a fantastic family trip to Fiji that went without a hitch. She was always fast to respond to our emails, always kind to our questions as first time travellers, nothing was a bother. Will definitely be back to book our next trip with Jane 🙂

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced whilst booking a trip! Seriously bad communication 3 out of office return emails while trying to arrange a transfer with sick family and they just never replied! Thankfully we had an amazing globus tour director that helped us! Our 12 year old daughter was booked on a 7 hour flight seated on her own!! I would highly recommend you AVOID Travel associates at all costs! I will in future do all my own arrangements considering I sent the links to all Tours booked anyway, no customer service at all, rude obnoxious responses! Very upsetting when spending such a large amount of money on a family tour and cruise of Europe!! Do not use this company.
