Travel Performance made good their lapse.
On the 28 January I posted a review of our experiences with Travel Performance.co.uk around adding assistance on and off the flights and seating reservations for our flights to New Zealand for which Travel Performance charged us £370.00. The airline and airports were not aware of our request or payment for assistance or the seats promised, when we travelled, and thus our trip was not seamless or without stress.
Travel Performance has apologised profusely and refunded us the full amount which we paid. We thus withdraw our very negative review.
