Scam, changed existing flight for next year but they didn't give me any details about flight and they said they will three weeks before my flight, which was strange for me, I spoke with KLM and I'm noton the passenger list. SCAM

The price is super competitive and fair, most of the prices on Sky Scanner won't match up when we check out. But in this site, the price was the same. The checkout process was super easy.

Misleading, untrustworthy and proactively deceiving vulnerable pensioners
Unfortunately this company deal in the misleading of vulnerable customers. My elderly father booked flights with them, believing he was dealing with the airline direct. Upon following medical advice, 24 hours later he provided medical evidence that he could not travel.
I provided a consent form and permission from my father requesting his data - phone calls and notes that they held on him, to ensure he was not further misled.
Grace firstly refused on the grounds of data protection then blanked 3 requests with signed documents and from my father direct.
She acknowledged my father’s medical note and refused to return the deposit despite having delivered no tickets. This was confirmed in her email at deposit stage in which they advised customers to check with the airline 48 hours before travel. I.e they may or may not book your flights. A lucky dip!
As a business they practice review farming as evidenced on platforms such as TrustPilot where there are copied and pasted reviews - including some where users have actually copied and pasted travel performance advice on what to post.
Today I have raised formal complaints with trading standards and ABTA.
This company should be shut down and fined with complicit staff being held responsible for fraud and public deception.
