These criminals booked a flight from Grande Prairie Alberta to Edmonton, off a WEST JET site without letting me know they were actually a different agency,.
So a $167.00 west jet flight cost me $345.00 US not Canadian, for flight and baggage, 2 separate charges show up on bank statement, 1 to avionair line, one to west-jet, for baggage,
my guy in grande prairie had to pay for baggage again as these puts did not forward the money to west jet, I was on pone with these losers for 2 hours trying have it corrected, the no minds that I talked to, all 3 told me the flight was 345 US from GP to Edmonton,while I was on West-jet site, the flight was still advertised by West-jet for $167.00 Canadian, 2 hours on pone to resolve before flight left,,,,, and zero done by the great pretenders.
I will never book through these criminals again. I will walk before i give them the time of day. 100% pure criminals and Zero professionalism exhibited

They dont deserve one star. I dont know how I got redirected to them for a simple spelling error but they charged me 290 for nothing my flight has no record of me paying for this or who they are???? How do I contact them???

No ticket issued!!

We booked a plane ticket months in advance. We received a confirmation note, including that our *payment was successful*. The day before the flight, we tried to check-in online, and the airline had no record of us being on the flight.

We contacted Travel Avion, and they said that they in fact never booked it, and we should have noticed that they never charged us. Luckily, it was true that they did not charge us. But they also *never notified us*. After receiving an email stating both that the payment was successful and the booking was complete, we presumed all was OK.

They *never* followed up to say that they could not find a flight, we only found out the day before when contacting the airline.

They refused to find us another flight to resolve the issue. We instead had to find another last-minute flight.

Do NOT book with this agency. The horror stories are true. My friend got duped by them. Unfortunately she’s an inexperienced traveller and didn’t know better but I’m here to hopefully save you the same nightmare. Book through a legitimate agency or OTA or even better - directly through the airline! Though in my friends case, they pretended to BE the airline. Be careful of who you’re calling because this “agency” will scam you. They’re in cahoots with My Flight Search too, pretty sure they’re one in the same. Book smart travellers!

My girlfriend and I booked tickets online but the webpage timed out and a pop up told us to call Westjet to ensure the transaction went through. Somehow the call got intercepted by the human excrement that work at Travel Avion. They said the transaction didn't go through and pressured her into letting them do the booking for her. Naturally they claimed the tickets skyrocketed in price and they charged big fees (including an agent fee) on her credit card. She called the credit card company and had her card cancelled, then rebooked tickets at the same price we paid initially.

Personally I think people should be mad at the airlines. Clearly they're not oblivious to how Travel Avion operates and the corrupt agency wouldn't still be operating unless the airlines were getting a cut of the profits.

A little update. They gave me my money back which they charged without my approvement from my card after i threatend them the whole day with calling my bank and my lawyer!!! Don't give up directly i never thought they would give me the money back after all the coments! THIS COMPANY IS STILL RUBBISH BUT IT IS POSSIBLE TO SCARE THEM !! THE BEST THING IS OF COURSE TO CALL YOUR BANK STRAIGHT AWAY AND LET THEM STOP THE MOVEMENT!!

TOTAL RIP OFF CON ARTISTS. They prayed on my 75 year old mother who thought she was booking directly with Westjet. Charged her $374 US for a flight that Westjet customer service confirmed should have cost $112 US. Do not ever use this company.

Fraud, fraud and fraud. I book plane tickets for Interjet Airline through MyFlightSearch.com. I was sent a confirmation and then soon after an e-mail saying that per my request the tickets had been cancelled. I called to an Indian call center and the lady was extremely pushy and rushed and said that my Citibank card wasn't accepted. So, I used another card and repeated the same process, which I normally wouldn't have done but a combo of the CS person's rushness and my business, I did it. In middle of this, the call center changed to identify themselves as Travel Avion. The said that it was a subidiary and that the price of my tickets had gone up. I ended up purchasinig the Interjet tickets at a price less than what I would have bought them on the InterJet site. When I hung up, I put did a Google Search of "Fraud Travel Avion" and found fraud warnings for MyFlightSearch and Avion. Same description. I called Interjet and actually was sold the tickets. I put a lock on both credit cards and just found that there was a declined charge for almost $3500 on Citi card trying to purchase InterJet tickets. Had my card not been locked I would have been charged $3500 to my card. I have read numerous strories exactly the same for people who have bought with Delta, British Airways and it was as if Travel Avion had "intercepted" the phone call. After talking to both call centers, it seemed like the same Indian call center working both companies. I called the CS MyFlightSearch and would have Travel Avion reps answer. It's a total Fraud. Run from both companies.

these agents are very untrustworthy and unreliable,after they force you to book the flight and take unrequired personal details they will not answer your phone for days and moreover when asked which agency is this they mention different names not theirs.I have had a very nasty experience with them and wouldnt advice anyone to deal with them

Very poor experience. Their website actually pretended to be another airlines direct website. Had I been thinking I would’ve recognized it right off. They could barely speak English and were as pushy as a used car salesman

This company answered my 800 number call to Alaska airlines when I called to book a "great" deal to Hawaii. When I noted that the cheaper tickets were not being offered, the rep told me "oh, they are already sold" and I believed him. After over an HOUR to complete my 2 reservations to Hawaii, and after being passed along to a "manager" for confirmation, we had or tickets at an inflated price. We attempted to cancel within the 24 hour window but were met with no answers to our calls, and when they finally did answer were told we can't cancel. I called Alaska Airlines and reported these people and they were sympathetic but unable to help. I put in a dispute with my credit card company, which researched the issue and STILL billed me (the inflated) costs beause nothing seem to be amiss. This company needs to be taken to DOWN. Do not get involved with these people.

Contacted these people yesterday to see about requesting a wheelchair for my father to his gate and what I needed to do to get that accomplished. They charged me $100. I then contacted united Airlines directly and got a wheelchair for free. I once again called these people and asked why I was charged and talked about the Americans with Disability act and the man Lewis Phillip was horrible to me. When I asked to speak to someone else he would put me on hold and come back again and just say a different name. When I told him I wasn’t stupid he said “fine it’s still me” he then tried to tell me that I needed to purchase a first class ticket to get the help I was requesting. I have been trying to get my money back for a day now. I contacted United and they gladly gave us a wheelchair and guess what.... it was never put on his reservation by Travel Avion.... so they charged me $100 and didn’t do a damn thing. Also charged me to have a FREE service! These people are horrible!!!!!

These people should be locked up. I cancelled the reservations on March 22nd and still no refund. They lie call after call and hang up each time. I am consulting legal for the refunds.

Hung up on by customer service when trying to resolve an unaccompanied minor ticket with assistance issue.
My husband found the number online for Alaska Airlines, called the number and purchased a ticket for an unaccompanied minor with assistance. The ticket arrived from Travel Avion for an adult, with no mention of the assistance we requested. The times were off too for the allowed travel time (5am to 9pm) for assistance for unaccompanied minors. We called the number back and were assured this was the correct ticket and if we paid $50 when checking in for the flights...she would have assistance. We figured out this was not Alaska Airlines and located the correct number for Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines confirmed that our child COULD NOT fly with assistance with the ticket purchased through a third party (Travel Avion) due to the flight times scheduled. Alaska Arlines offered to change the ticket for an additional cost ($$$), I let them know we would try to correct it through Travel Avion. Many calls (even hung up on by Lyon a manager), voicemails, emails and days later, Travel Avion has refused to correct the ticket saying due to the child's age of 14 years old and Alaska Airlines policy our child can fly alone without assistance. This was not what we requested or paid $789.00 for. We have now purchased a ticket through Alaska Airlines directly (at extra cost $$$) for an unaccompanied minor with assistance during the correct times. We can pay the extra $75 fee online with each flight for assistance (Travel Avion even had this amount wrong). We filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and alerted the bank to the fraudulent charge.
Travel Avion is a SCAM and their customer service is non existent!!

I would give a negative star if I could. I thought I was calling United, and was inaccurately told that the price of the ticket went up $300 in a matter of minutes. When I checked the United website, the ticket cost was $715 rather than $1034. They billed United $715 and made another charge for $319. I called them back to request an explanation, and they transferred me to another line then was subsequently disconnected.

Never never use this company as a travel agency they do fraud just sell tickets and they will do not get your money back
Beware people beware

This is the worst travel Agent. My flight was canceled and they promise getting my refund in the next 72 hours ,I waited for more than 90 days and my refund was not processed. They are fraud.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED
I unknowingly contacted “Travel Avion” (by phone) through a series of flight searches on a website. I would later discover that Travel Avion had given me misinformation regarding several aspects of the flight schedule for Sunwing. Travel Avion assured me that both flights were direct flights. I clicked “accept terms” in their e-mail to me which “Mike” convinced me did not apply to Sunwing Policy. Travel Avion took my credit card information and subsequently sent me their version of the flight schedule by e-mail. I contacted Sunwing 3 days after booking and found out that Travel Avion’s schedule was very different to Sunwing’s flight schedule (and now conflicted with my ability to fly). Travel Avion tried to convince me that Sunwing had changed their flight schedule. I called Sunwing and they said no changes were ever made regarding those flights. I told Travel Avion that I would not get on the return flight as it would bring me back to Montréal much after my very strict scheduling deadline.
I asked Travel Avion for either a change of flight, a refund (due to it being their error) or a credit for a future flight. After some lengthy discussions over the phone, “Mike” finally promised to do something to correct this problem and would send me an e-mail with an acceptable solution. I never heard back from him.
To add insult, I received a call at 5pm (not from Sunwing) the day before the flight telling me the departure time was still at 7:10am. Sunwing had confirmed 9:20am departure to me the evening prior.
The man who called me (from 1-844-570-8837) refused to say what company he was representing.
This experience has left me mentally exhausted, stressed out and about $780 U.S out of pocket. I have since read many complaints of fraud, theft, misinformation, etc. etc. regarding Travel Avion. Why is this company allowed to stay in business?
I have voice recordings of my conversations with Travel Avion. I would be more than willing to join a “Class Action Suit” against them.
