This is an offshoot of MyFlightSearch; another Unscrupulous Website that do not deliver and has nonexistent customer support services.
I booked through MyFlightSearch.com online and finally received my e-tickets 44 days later... 44 days after my credit card was charged.
I sent emails to the address on their website without receiving even an acknowledgement that they had received my emails. I called 1-833-200-3270 for support and the line had been disconnected; no longer in service. I called 1-833-200-3343 5 times over a period of 2 weeks and left my name and telephone number but never received a call back. My MyFlightSearch account showed that the transaction was Pending approval of my credit card... although my credit card was charged immediately at the time of booking. Finally today, I called their number for booking a flight and was able to talk to an agent regarding the booking and the trouble I had with customer support. What I got was Sorry we have issued your e-tickets today... you should have called us earlier. No refund allowed for their error. And I cannot use the booking because I had no choice but to book another flight 2 weeks ago because I could not contact MyFlightSearch. MyFlightSearch is also TravelAvion.
THIS IS NOT GOOD. BUYER BE WARNED.

Taken advantage of
I called the number on the Flint airport (or so I thought) to get a plane ticket, because my dad was in the hospital and I needed to get to Oklahoma, so of course I was not thinking to ask any questions. When I got back I looked at my credit card statement and these people charged me over $800 for them to book my ticket (which was over $300 more than the ticket). They never once stated that there would be a charge for them to book the flight, they never once told me that their fee was $300 more than what the ticket was. This was an emergency and I just needed to get to my dad and because of that I feel they took advantage of me. In my eyes this company just stole over $800 from me and I am beyond mad. They should be up front with their fees and then let the customer make the decision if they want to continue with their service. This company is horrible.
We had to pay $95.00 each way to check…
We had to pay $95.00 each way to check our bags. This is a disgrace no other travel booking agent charged this amount. The most anyone pays is $45.00.
I am going to write to the Attorney General in your state; report this on all social media sites and trip advisor unless I am reimbursed the difference ($50.00) each way. This is totally inappropriate and plain thievery.
I paid double for my airline tickets than any other site to begin with. Shame on you!

Thieves and Liars!!
Thieves and Liars!!!
This company is a scam! I booked under icheapflight and when I called to change some information, these guys answered and I unknowingly booked with them, and they booked me two one way flights, ( #246181) instead of round trip flights and refused to correct this, told me to rebook myself and they would “take care of the difference” later. Then when I called to ask where to send my receipts, stated that “I” booked the flight so they are not responsible...WHAT THE ....??!!! I had to get home?!!! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS, and ICHEAPFLIGHT SHOULD NOT BE USING THEM AS A FOURTH VENDOR, UNLESS THEY WILL PAY FOR THEIR SCREWUPS!!
VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS AND OUT OVER $1,000!!! BE FOREWARNED!
Thieves
Thieves! They somehow intercepted a call I made to British Airways and NEVER identified themselves as another company. They bullied me into buying tickets that I was assured would be in an upgraded cabin. The tickets were for economy and they charged $1500 over the actual price of the tickets as a service charge!!! They book tickets in a way that locks them so nobody else can cancel them so they are free to cancel your trip at the last minute without your authorization. If you have been scammed by them call your credit card company immediately and Dispute the charges. They should be found and arrested!!!
This company is scam
This company is scam. Now I have waiting money back 30 days 600 dollar. How fly companys but out this kind of scam. Now when I read meany same kind of storys I understand that money dont coming back
Same opinion as everyone else....
Same opinion as everyone else..... I'm not sure why I got directed to them, but I've been scammed as well. They charged my credit card, booked my flight, then cancelled the reservation after they got payment. Now I'm out of the $940 for the ticket. The lady from Air Canada did share with with me the phone number that the call came from cancelling the ticket. I'm not done with this. I also was promised numerous times that the eticket was coming and that there was a glitch in the system. Absolutely sickening. I want to find out how I was transferred to this company in the first place from my flight search.
Scam company
Scam company. You will find better flights at less than half price. They bully you into getting a flight and once they have your card details, game over. No refunds.

Was overcharged $300.00
Rushed through the booking process without explaination of the flight change/ cancellation policy.Told to press buttons to continue. When i was actually agreeing to no cancellations allowed.
I got conflicting email confirmations for differant amounts . With my name on them but charged to a card that wasnt even mine.
HOW COULD THIS BE?
I called American Airlines for an international flight for my boss and got these people instead. HOW CAN THAT BE? Does American Air know this is happening. When I asked the TravelAvion person, she said when they are very busy, the call overflows to them and they are "consolidators for American Air."
Booked a flight with what I thought was American and then hours later got an email notification that it was canceled. I did not cancel it - they did. Not sure why. They said my refund is being processed. So far, I have not seen it on the credit card site... Fingers Crossed ---- when I called American to really book, the agent had no idea what I was talking about and said it sounded fishy and not right. How could this be????
THESE PEOPLE SCAMMED ME OUT OF $1,035
THESE PEOPLE SCAMMED ME OUT OF $1,035. Won't go into too much detail, but I too was redirected to this company when I was calling Alaska Air. Long story short, gave them my credit card to pay; they in turn made my reservation thru Alaska Air, used a Visa card ending in 5641 and kept the rest of my money. The Alaska fare was $578.63. Pocketed the remainder. Plus the accessed my Alaska Account and used my $99 companion fare. When I tried to access my Alaska Account they had somehow changed my password. Alaska said the only way to access the companion fare was theu my account. Will someone tell me how to report this company? I'm ready to do that.
DO NOT.....DO NOT....DO NOT use…
DO NOT.....DO NOT....DO NOT use travelavion for ANYTHING. They are a scammer! I tried to get American Airlines on the computer and was somehow directed to travelavion. I made reservations through them but they charged me almost $275 more than American would have. When I tried to reach the customer service number for travelavion I got a request to leave a message, three times. This was a week ago. I still have not heard back. Part of the problem is with American as they are hard to reach on the phone and my flight arrangements could not be done by computer alone. That being said, DO NOT...DO NOT....DO NOT use travelavion. Hope somebody with some juice gets this and puts them out of business.
Me and my fiancé needed to buy a ticket…
Me and my fiancé needed to buy a ticket to send his 17y/o son back to Connecticut after a funeral. Went to the airport but it was crazy as usual so I decided it would be easier to buy the ticket online. So I went on spirit website and some how was detoured to travelavion website. So I attempted to buy the ticket but because his age a message popped up informing me to call. So I called in booked the ticket for later that day. We picked up the boarding pass and walked him to the gate and left our son at the airport because it was only a little before his flight. At the time of his flight we got a call from him saying he attempted to board but couldn’t because they said someone had cancelled his ticket. Said it was a unauthorized purchase. So we called jet blue and they said someone called and cancelled the ticket and the funds was refunded back to my card 🤔. We never called and cancelled a ticket. So I called my credit card company and the funds weren’t refunded and actually the charge went threw🤔. This company is a scam. I had to go back to the airport pick up my son and purchase a another ticket for the next morning because of course now all flights are booked for today. I disputed the charges and cancelled and ordered new credit cards. I don’t know how they do it but definitely a scam!!!!!! If you are booking your flight online contact the company directly, Or pay attention to the website you are buying your ticket threw. I had a feeling something fishy was going on because the rep kept telling me not to get confused about the 2 charges I would see on my statement. But when I checked JetBlue website while on the line with the rep the price she quoted me was the same.
Terrible dishonest company
I agree with the review before mine. They are FRAUDULENT and SCAM artists. Don't book with them!

This may be long - please read before booking anything with this company:
I called United Airlines yesterday to see about changing one of my flights for this weekend. Somehow I ended up with this company on the line. Not sure how that happened, but I'll admit that part could've been my error. Anyway, they said they could switch my entire flight to American Airlines, similar times and similar cost. ($675. round trip). I received an email confirming the information and was told I'd receive my boarding passes (or access to) within 3-4 hours. 4 1/2 hours later I did not receive these. I called and was told that the price was actually higher ($975.00) and they could not honor the lower price they confirmed. Meanwhile they cancelled my UA flights. I did not take this very well and asked to speak with a manger/supervisor, etc... and was told there was no-one I could speak with. So I was pretty much SOL and was going to be forced to pay this. Side note: when I was originally booking the change the representative INSISTED the seats I reserved were Aisle seats when I knew damn well they were not. My bad for not clueing in on this company not being legit and sketchy AF.
I did contact UA after I hung up with Travel Avion and the UA rep was AWESOME!!! She re-booked my initial flight at the same cost from when I originally made the reservation, even though it was currently twice as much. And waived the change fee to change the flight I had originally called in to change in the first place. So HUGE HUGE KUDOS to UNITED AIRLINES. It appears my call was not the first they've received with repercussions of Travel Avion's scam-work.
Dear Travel Avion - I will be taking this matter further legally as well, to ensure that you cannot continue to scam un-suspecting consumers.
BEWARE - DECEITFUL BUSINESS
!!BEWARE - DISHONEST, DECEITFUL BUSINESS!!
I'm still trying to figure out how they intercepted (??) my call to United Airlines. I dialed United from the United App to change an existing reservation... somehow Travel Avion picked up the call (though, they never mentioned their company name, or that they were an independent travel agency at all - they simply opened with "Hello Mr. ... How can we help you?")
I do not know how they knew my name, reservation number and other information, etc..!!! They quoted me a change fee of $785.67, explaining this was the price difference in airfare. I agreed to the charge, but later learned the price difference was only $59.90!!
TRAVEL AVION CHARGED ME $725.77 TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY UNITED AIRLINES RESERVATION... WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE!!!!!
THEN, THEY SUBMITTED A POSITIVE REVIEW ON MY BEHALF TO UNITED, WHICH I NEVER KNEW ABOUT UNTIL I RECEIVED THE THANK YOU EMAIL FROM UNITED!!
I AM AMAZED AT HOW DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL TRAVEL AVION IS!! I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE PURSUING A REFUND, ALONG WITH REPORTING THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND AGENCIES.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
A bunch of crooks and liars
This place is a scam!!! I’ve been waiting on a refund for over a 1,000$ since sept, everytime I call I get told to wait another 7-15 business, when I ask for a supervisor one isn’t available, when I ask for a physical location to report my complaint it is not available, their concerns dept doesn’t exist cause they won’t let me talk to them either, all I want is my money back for something that I did not authorize and never received any services from these people but they sure took my money!!! Are any of you willing to have a class action suit filed?
Great job, Steve!
I wanted to book a trip to Melbourne, AU and the agent was able to find the cheapest option possible for me. I eagerly grabbed the deal not realizing that the airline that I chose was not one of the partner airlines which I could earn frequent flyer miles, which was a priority for me. I immediately called to cancel the booking. The call was transferred to a supervisor named Steve who was very polite. He first tried to persuade me to stick to my booking because of the good deal, but I insisted to cancel my booking. To my relief, he finally agreed and assured me that he will cancel it by sending in a request for refund immediately. After reading the negative reviews here, I was nervous if I will ever see my money again. My fear was uncalled for. Within 3 business days, I saw the full refund posted in my credit card. Thank you, Steve, for your integrity and professionalism.
Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable! Do not use! Especially in a medical emergency. No ticket was issued and I was overcharged by $1400!!!
I’m disputing this with my credit card because I received NO tickets & no service from them.
