Superb from start to finish. Initial enquiry was responded to quickly and zero pressure to book, instead the focus was on getting the holiday right for us from both an itinerary and price perspective.

I was very impressed with my recent experience at Travelbeam. I had made an enquiry or 2 a few years ago but hadn't booked anything until this week and i would say it is almost entirely due to the great travel sales person I dealt with, Melissa. She was really great...helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, she listened, gave honest advice and seemed to genuinely be invested in me finding the right holiday for me and my family. I was so impressed with her and because of her will definitely plan to use Travelbeam in the future.

Helpful efficient staff who always provide the perfect experience

Melissa was fantastic in helping us find our next family holiday. Responses were fast and professional, but also very friendly. She provided us with a few different options to help us make our decision. It is also helpful that she had already visited the resort we chose with her family which always is beneficial when going somewhere new, and offered to recommend and reserve some restaurants for us. We will definitely be in touch again when organising our next break away.

Sheree has been so helpful in finding the right holiday resort for our family for the last 13 years. Sheree can talk personally about each hotel she recommends as she has already visited most of them. She continuously works hard to find us the best deal to suit our needs. Sherre is fantastic nothing too much trouble for her, I've used Travelbeam before their hotels are true luxury with great staff and glorious food. Ive no hesitation in using them again. She listened and answered all my questions re -assuming me throughout the booking process, more importantly I could always speak to her directly, no transferring me to other people first.
Most importantly polite but never pushy, a really great "we can do that no problem" she spoke to the Hotel herself to arrange for our stay and found the most suitable flights for us. Best of all not unhelpful rep when you get there. Just call Travelbeam!!! 😀 Barbara

Melissa was extremely helpful in providing advice and then ultimately making the booking for our family holiday for 10 people. She was very patient and worked on a number of different options to find the one that best met our needs. She didn't mind revisiting the quote a number of times to get a holiday that worked well for all of us. I would highly recommend her services and would not hesitate to contact her if we were looking to book another package holiday.
