We have booked our holidays via, Kate, at Travelbeam for many years. The whole team there are fab. They get to know you and then they get it right. On the odd occasion that you need to contact them they find a way to resolve whatever happens to need a fix. That's extremely rare though. They know their properties, contacts and airlines.

The sales team at Travelbeam were exceptionally prompt, they had visited the resort so could talk with confidence and general all round customer experience was really good.
