I have recently booked two holidays on separate occasions with Travelbeam and considerable help from Sheree. Both holidays are for 2023. One holiday involves our family of seven and the second holiday for myself and my wife. On both occasions I was really impressed with the local knowledge that Sheree knew about the resorts we had selected. In addition to giving comprehensive details of the hotels we had selected, she sent a number of additional links showing places of interest to visit and restaurant alternatives for consideration, which I found extremely helpful. It was this personal and patient service that convinced me to select our holidays. The cost of the holidays compared to the class of hotel and accommodation was very competitive, and all the arrangements down to the choosing of our airplane seats have now been completed. Nothing to worry about. I would definitely recommend Travelbeam as a first port of call for your holiday requirements. You will be impressed.

We have been using Travelbeam for around 8 years because of their great customer service. It’s great to be able to pick up the phone and talk to a real person. For our holiday in April, we went to the Ikos Dassia (family of four) and everything was smooth from booking with Sheree to getting our travel documents. We are about to go on a large family holiday (11 of us) to Crete booked through Travelbeam and I’m sure it is going to be fantastic.

As usual, Kate provided a first class service and organised my bespoke trip within a very short time window. I could not conceivably think of using a different company.
