It was my first international trip, I struggled with applying for visa,Ria jumped in to help, within minutes I had a visa, she literally helped with everything from checking in of flights to tour guides everything was well put.I am definitely using them on my next trip.

Excellent Service received and our trip was planned and executed without any hassle.

As always, we had an amazing experience. The hotels, food and local tour operators were great. Ria thank you for always going the extra mile, this was such a spur of the momemt decision yet you were able to pull it together in a blink of an eye, THANK YOU

It was absolute pleasure to deal with Ria.. she was efficient and very helpful with our bookings... even did our check in and called us to see if all was well.

It was a memorable trip. Everything was very well planned and implemented, no issues experienced. Well done to Ria and team who arranged my trip!

The holiday was amazing, booking process was swift, everything was up to standard and service delivery is out of this world!

Ria and her team were absolutely amazing in arranging out holiday to Phuket in August 2025.They booked and arranged everything from the airport transfers to the excursions.I was really impressed that everything was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about any of that. The service providers that they used were professionals and they treated us with so much respect.Thank you Travel Creationz,I am already looking forward to the next trip!

Travel Creationz did everything... We only had to show up and enjoy the vacation

The most amazing person! I haven't even met Hanria... but she went over and above to make our 25 days Thailand Trip something I would never forget... From the start she booked us in the best hotels... transfers from and to the airport and hotels...
Checking on us regularly... even booked us in if we were a little slow to do ourselves.... Nothing too much for her... no matter what.
We will never travel without her. She is the best.... and with the best Travel agency... You guys are the BEST.

We are regular clients of Travel Creationz due to the excellent service they offer. You can count on them any time and any place to assist if necessary. Hanria is very helpful and gives advice to make your trip run smoothly.

Jaques was amazing from start to finish. Very attentive too. Highly recommend him 👌

Ria of Travel Creationz was amazing. Nothing I asked was too much trouble for her, even outside of office hours. We were 6 elderly ladies visiting Croatia and she and her associated tour operator, Katrina Tours, made it a funfilled exciting holiday for us. It was well planned and executed. Drivers and guides were always on time and guides very knowledgeable with a good knowledge of English. Thank you so much Travel Creationz and especially Ria.

I recently returned from a vacation in Dubai, organized by Travel Creationz, and I must say they handled everything flawlessly. From visas to daily excursions, they took care of every detail. If you're planning your next trip, I highly recommend Travel Creationz. Thank you again for a memorable trip!

Jacques was interactive and responsive to queries.
Assisted with booking and travel insurance

What made our booking experience great was the service we received, coupled with honesty and support while traveling. My partner and I decided to travel to Europe, 3 countries, and having Ria on standby whenever we encountered a challenge served as great comfort.

All the trip planning was done completely and fully on my behalf with a high level of quality service providers and the itinerary worked like clock-work. Unique about TravelCreationz is that while in our trip, they kept contact to ensure that we are on track with our itinerary, were easily accessible and intervened where needed. Will surely use them next time.

We had a great time. Thank you Travelcreationz. In Dubai have cash. Cash is king

Thank you for a smooth process as we were seeking advices and additional quotations for extra nights and train tickets to Vienna following a voucher purchased from Hyperli for the Prague vacation. It was easy interacting with Ria and all we needed help with was executed conveniently. Our transfer from airport to the hotel and vis versa arranged on time. We had a peace of mind in the countries we were not familiar with as all was properly arranged on time and relevant Vouchers accurately arranged and submitted to us on time. Sight seeing and the boat cruise was a highlight. We managed to see a lot of attractions including the Charles Bridge, the Castle, the Astronomical Clock, St Nicholas Cathedral, the Patrini Tower, St Vitus Cathedral etc. Our hotel, the Castle Bridge Palace Hotel was the BEST. They took pride in presenting a 5Star Breakfast daily. We highly appreciate...

We would like to take this opportunity and thank Travelcreationz for their professionalism and taking pride in assisting us, ensuring our overseas trip leaves a positive mark. We are looking forward to more trip in the future.

Thank you very much.. 😄

Our recent trip to Zanzibar was fantastic due to the excellent service rendered by Ria. The bookings, transfers, accommodation, communication and friendly approach were outstanding. Ria went beyond in ensuring that all that our insurance was sorted out. Her almost immediate response to all our queries was phenomenal. We tried booking the same trip with other travel agents but never got the customer service that Ria provided. We have recommended Ria to many of our friends and family who have observed through our pictures the fantastic holiday we had. Well done and continue with your amazing work. We will definitely book future holidays with you. Denny and Lucy Govender

The trip was organized and seemless. transfers waiting and the agent was available to assist. At no stage did we wait .
The hotel was also great but far from places of interest. we spent more time on the road to and from the hotel.
The staff was also very good!!
The only downside is the mandatory insurance. This is a rip off considering that one already had travel insurance.

Changing arrangements was also easy as the agent was accessible . overall the trip was pleasant!
