Travelcreationz Reviews

This was a great experience. Thank you for making my 40th birthday memorable.

The entire trip was well planned and well executed.
Ria did a fantastic job. Only the travel agents need to inform the consumers as to what forms should be filled.
for instance, arrival forms in a certain country.
My family and I did not face any issues and had an excellent time at Kihaa Resort in Maldives.
Definately visiting this place again.

From swift organizing, great communication. This was our first abroad vacation and we were clueless on where to start and how to go about it, Ria made sure that the experience is beautiful, she booked us a fabulous hotel, airport transport was well organized and comfortable, she made sure that she checks us if we were happy while still at Zanziber, now thats courtesy. We will be booking our next vacation through travel Creationz, and definitely have recommended her to my friends. Thank you

Ria provided a package which catered to my every need and made travel in a foreign country effortless and thoroughly enjoyable.
Her attention to detail, strong work ethic and service to client is remarkable.
Definitely recommend giving Travel Creationz a try!

From the day of quotation, Ria was helpful and understanding. She met our needs in with patience

What a great decision I took to use Travel Creations for our trip to Bali. Best planning/service, providing us with good advices, prompt communication and assurance of availability should we need them anytime in Bali. Ria was very patient, calm and making for easy to engage with her as her clients.
Would definitely use Travel Creations services again and refer them for business to anyone else.

Our agent (Hanria) was always willing to help us, even at inconvenient times for them. Furthermore, their response time was good. They consistently gave us advise and suggestions as well as allowed us to make our own plans a reality.

Very helpful. Literally didn’t have to worry about admin related tasks. They also checked in with us to find out how our stay was.

Highly recommend!

Travel arrangement was made to be simple and easy from Air tickets to transfer - Tours and Accommodation -Everything was connected with no Fuss no worries -Communication with Tour Operators was excellent and our travel experience was awesome - Communication was quick ethier on WhatsApp or email or Voice we never had a dull moment with any arrangement - Additional requirement was catered on time every one involve in All arrangements was always on time
On the Shared bus tours, it is good to let people know seats are available on a first come first served -Our Tour to Abudabi was a bit rough on me when I was told to move away from my best seat by the window and allow the couple to occupy my seat and seat together as seat available where for single occupant that I did not like it as seat are not based on the reserve.

Everything was well organized. Ria was very helpful and planned my whole tour in dubai
Travel creationz was the most reasonable compared to other travel agencies. I will definitely use travel creationz for future holidays

We booked our trip through Travelcreationz with no hassle, we made requests that met our speciation's and will use them in the future again.

Thank you

I am a professional photographer. I asked Hanria from Travelcreationz.co.za to quote me to fly to five different countries with interconnecting flights over a period of one month. It was without a doubt the smoothest trip I have ever undertaken. There was not a single hiccup and I can highly recommend Hanria and Tracelcreationz.co.za. Thank you!

Our agent, Hanria gave us usable advise and were quick to respond on our enquiries.
Her input was valuable and made our trip to be without any hick-ups.

Fantastic holiday in Egypt. We did lots of excursions and all the pickups were on time and the whole trip was perfect. Hanria did all the flight and excursion arrangements and evening went 100% according to plan. Very happy customer!

What excellent, professional and friendly service. Nothing was too much of an ask. Every need was met and our holiday was hassle free. No matter how many times we changed instructions and asked questions we always received a prompt reply. Won’t use anyone else from now on.

A trip planned literally overnight by myself and made a reality by Ria. Thank you very much for your understanding, patience, honesty and outstanding customer service. You were one of the reasons our trip was a memorable one. Will definitely contact you to plan our next holiday. Take care. Many Thanks, AmritSingh

All well organized to the TEE, visa application, from airport transfers and having our agent online for any emergencies. The hotel was at great spot accessible to train station and local cafes and shops.Check in flawless.
The scheduled tours never missed the time,
Pity we had a very short stay and so much to explore, 7 days would have been ideal. For a person coming from low currency something were a bit expensive. I fully recommend the agency to give options for extra excursion to be paid in our local currency.
I would fully recommend Travel CreationZ especially for the outstanding job and will definitely travel with them again.

Ria was very helpful and provided tons of information - the location she chose for the trip was amazing. Grateful that she was checking in on us every step of the journey as well.

Ooh there is a lot to tell about this this company I mean they r always hands on, starting from day 1 of buying my voucher n contacted them n they gave all the information I needed n assisted with flights booking as well, during our trip they always keep updating u of your next tour or executions, about time date n who will pick u up to the next destination, joo they r the best, I liked everything about them, there was a time I felt I'm lost but they assured me what will happen next, they r the best, it was my firstime with them but I was excited about their hospitality, I will always make my bookings with them.

Excellent service - Ria made good suggestions for our travel plans and was very helpful in making the bookings. She gave us reminders where necessary and as our trip progressed, kept us up to date with driver/transfer details and contact information, as well as any changes to our itinerary. Will definitely use them again!
