Travelcreationz Reviews

The start of the process was seamless, there was constant communication and response was done timeously. The information on the flight change was sent 2 days before departure, no follow up was done on whether the email was received or not. If I had not gone into my emails I would have missed my flight. But overall the experience was great and they checked up on us during the trip. Thank you for everything we had peace of mind knowing all things were taken care of.

We had excellent service from Ria, from the planning to booking. She was very professional, efficient, helpful and always responded promptly. All our travel arrangements were made seamlessly without any issue. I will definitely recommend Travel Creationz to friends and family.

Ria is available when needed and makes the journey so pleasant even when we are far away. Knowing that you can whatsapp her and she responds.

I booked a trip for a family of 4 to Bali, Indonesia and Ria from Travel Creationz took me step by step through everything. Communication was clear, quick response time, friendly.
Flights, accommodation, all the documents needed, activities booked, airport transfers etc went exceptionally well. This was the highlight of my family’s life and I am so grateful for Ria and Travel Creationz. I will be booking future trips through this agency. 10/10 experience.

Zanzibar Bay Resort Vacation.
Travelcreationz's booking and management of the booking with all parties concerned in Zanzibar was nothing short of Spectacular.
From when we were collected at the airport, checking into the hotel, our rooms, the amenities, excursions, staff, hospitality, ZANZIBAR's people & culture, to returning us to the airport was seamless, relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable and delivered on every level of our expectations!!!
Well Done and Thank You Travelcreationz for making this a memorable vacation for our family and we are looking forward to booking our next travel with you!!!

Ria was very helpful and always available to assist. The experience was truly amazing and the arrangements was excellent.

The check in was so easy and the driver for our transfer was on time and very patient because we took some time on our visa queue. The communication was very effective.

Ria was the most amazing person. She did everything for me, from booking my flights, accommodation and tours, travel insurance, everything. Ria even helped my husband to plan a surprise birthday for me with the hotel. I am so so thankful for everything that Travel Creationz did for me. Ria went above and beyond just being a travel agent. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to travel. I will definitely be using Travel Creationz for all my future travelling.

Ria is super efficient and helpful. Our trip was arranged perfectly from day 1 and ensured we experienced everything we wanted to see.
Ria always responded timeously and was always ready to assist.

We have used Travelcreationz a number of times now and can highly recommend Ria. Travel has become increasingly complex, post-Covid and she is remarkable at negotiating these complexities with efficiency, grace and expertise. Her travel knowledge is expansive and she is client centered.

I first found out about Travel Creationz through a website called Hyperli, which runs specials on vacations, among other things. I wasn’t so sure if they could be trusted because I had never heard about them and these days there are so many fly-by-night tourism agencies. But, my experience with them was nothing short of incredible. My husband and I were planning to go to Dubai to celebrate my 40th and that’s how we contacted Travel Creationz.

We were served by Jacques who planned our 7-day trip to Dubai in June 2024. He was very quick to respond to any questions and addressed all queries satisfactorily. He even helped with our visa applications- saving us a lot of time.

Upon arriving in Dubai, everything went according to our expectations- sometimes even exceeding them. All our excursions and transfers were booked through the agent. We were very happy with the tour operators’ time keeping and hospitality. This has been one of our most memorable vacations ever! I’d recommend Travel Creationz to anybody that wants to have a seamless holiday experience at very good rates. Safe to say that they have just gained themselves a loyal client in me! 🤗

Arrangements were made catered for our specific needs, whilst being cost-effective and knowledgeable. Once there the trip went smoothly according to plan and when something unforeseen happened, we were assisted promptly to resolve. Would certainly recommend!

My third trip with Travel creations. Hanria goes beyond of what is expected. She helps anytime day or night and is always available. I will book next trip only through her. You will not be disappointed!

We liked that the agent checked in on us if things went smoothly or to ensure that the tour guide or driver made contact with us. We really appreciated that.

Thank you Ria for a well organized trip to Bali & Singapore, from airport transfers and having our agent online for any emergencies. The hotels were at great spots accessible to train station and local cafes and shops. Check in flawless.
The scheduled tours never missed the time, always on time.
Ria, the travel agent was always available to communicate with us. She planned our trip to our needs and budget, and everything worked out 100%. Would definitely recommend Travel Creationz. Thank you Ria✈️

Departed 21 April arrived 30 April 2024 We just came back from Bali, thank you Travel Creations for arranging this spectacular trip. We enjoyed it thoroughly. We were well taken care of. From the time we landed to the time we departed. The hotel, and shuttle service you booked us in was so efficient. The free tour became the highlight of our experience in Bali. Thank you and regards Vireshni

RIA was EXCELLENT, from the start of our Holiday, she was always willing to help and give advice and constantly change things for us. She arranged our Hotels and Tours in Italy, very happy with her service, already arranging our next trip. :-) Highly Recommended.

With so many travel agencies out there, it is hard to find one that you can vouch is legit, and you can trust. I could not have asked for a more trustworthy travel agency. Everything was planned perfectly and any questions we had along the way was always answered. Even during our trip, Ria, the travel agent was always available to communicate with us. She planned our trip to our needs and budget, and everything worked out 100%. Would definitely recommend Travel Creationz.
