Quick, responsive, professional

I've been using TDS for about 15 years now and they've always been extremely helpful and fast. I used other services before them with mixed results. Since using TDS I haven't wanted to use any other visa service.

I received my passport much easier than I thought I would. The process was very easy.

The only reason why I knocked off a star was because when I called asking for clarification on their instructions, I spoke to 2 different people who I had to repeatedly tell I did not need a Visa and I never mentioned a Visa. Both answered the phone with a "yeah?", spoke over me before I even got my question out and gave me wrong information because they kept interrupting me before I completed a question. The most important part of communication is listening.

They were explicit about what was needed and warned of common problems for going to China. They were quick even during a holiday break. It was expensive though for a rapid turnaround.

The main problem was at the start of my contact with your staff on phone, when i was asking about the Requirements. I even asked about the need for notarizing the Application form, based on MY last year’s Experience. i was told no need. So i had to repeat the entire application process, and a second shipment of forms to NYC. Make sure staff really know the requirements, or find out before giving false directions. It took one week longer, & a second FEDEX shipment, apart from filling the whole application a second time. Dealing with Frances later in the process was easier and more reassuring.

TDS provided excellent service. I used the helpline to clarify some issues and they gave me correct advice which facilitated a smooth process. I received my new passport in less than 2 weeks. I am extremely happy with rhis service.

Great technology and website to take you through the process to easily set up your account. Got passports within a week after delivering the necessary forms. Constant email correspondence on the order and where it stood in the process.

I needed a Chinese tourist visa very quickly and over the Thanksgiving holiday. I dropped off my passport at the Washington DC office on Monday of Thanksgiving week and had it back by Friday morning after Thanksgiving. I couldn’t be happier with the service TDS provided.
