Efficient service. Successful result

We have used other visa services but have found TDS to be most efficient and user-friendly

With good instructions from the cruse line I was able to navigate the TDS system. A bit more help from TDS site would have been nice.

Everything was OF and service was quick (though a bit expensive).

I needed to apply for a Chinese Visa. TDS made the process really easy. I got my expedited visa back within little over a week.

Visa service is efficient and trouble free that takes the worry out of what can be one of the most challenging part of planning a trip.

I did not feel advised well by the Travel Doc reps. They did not understand the regulations or complexities of the country to which I was applying and thus the process was waylaid and I was denied. They also forced the issue of a new passport with the notion that I did not have a full unused page for the visa. This precipitated the "need" for a two process of getting a new passport - which was costly. When my old passport was returned there were 3 clear pages.

My Travel Document Systems representative was John Dinn. He phoned me the day after my overnight delivery to let me know my documents were successfully received. One MAJOR complaint: he incessantly interrupted me and/or talked over me. I literally pleaded with him at one point, "Sir, please, may I speak? May I speak?" but no, he continued to steamroll right over me. I urge Mr. Dinn to talk WITH his customers more and speak AT them less. I knocked off one star for this alone.
I feel obliged to add that Mr. Dinn's tone of voice and the content of what he was trying to convey to me was entirely appropriate and he was sharing essential information with me.
Otherwise, no complaints with TDS--they are fine and reputable.

Easy to work with. Turnaround was great.
