Paid a pretty good price for the service. Even went with the 8-10 business day option. A week after they received my documents, they sent me an email wanting to know if i had received them back, with options: Yes, No, and ? (I forget this category). Only the YES button would do anything, The NO button and OTHER button were inactive.
When my documents arrived, they were one day later than expected.

But at least they did a good job and i received my documents in time for my departure.

Everything was efficient and done perfectly!

Tried to get a visa at the consulate in San Francisco, had a horrible time. So I then hired Travel Docs, they were great to work with and got my visa processed!

have relied on TDS for over 20 years and love that I can talk to a person I know. Have tried one other document company when agency forced our hand but pulled the process back in house when services took too long and no one team handled the call. It is said that they are looking for it. But as of yet it has not been found.

I needed my Russia visa in less than 30 days and Travel Docs just couldn't get it done on time. Still, they are probably better than other options.

I had an unfortunate negative experience attempting to get my documents authenticated. I emailed and called often to get an update with little to no response. The documents were not properly authenticated the first time they were sent to embassy and rejected, thus, delaying the process. I was very unhappy that this has delayed my work and put my job in jeopardy. I will not be using this company again.
