Zero was the better score. I would not recommend this to no-one. The driver never come. You believe if it is a Google listed travel agency it is reliable, you wrong. I booked a minibus for 10 people, from Newcastle to London, 2 months in advance and paid £200 deposit. Few days before the departure day I tried to contact the agent to have a confirmation again, and the drivers contact details, but hardly could reach him as he didn't answered. 2 days before departure I got driver's number but he wasn't answering. I texted him, and few hours before departure he texted me that he won't be able to take us. The train was off on that day, so we had to pay more for an urgent transport solution. Shame on them!! They answered me after one week and agreed to transfer back the deposit paid. At least they did this.

Used this company for a group airport transfer and unfortunately found the service unreliable.

The outbound driver was 30 minutes late and then tried to request extra cash payment "to cover extra charges" despite the transfer being prepaid. On the return journey, the driver was over an hour late and arrived at the wrong pickup point.

Communication from the office was also poor, with emails ignored and details only provided after repeated phone calls.

Conclusion: The pricing was slightly lower than competitors’, larger MPVs were available, and the vehicle condition was acceptable.
However, the overall service quality and reliability — both from the office staff and the drivers — was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

lots of communication before the date of pickup, Steven was excellent in details, the driver turned up on time and was very nice, pick up our driver was easy to find and sent a text to say he was waiting. All excellent.

Amazon minibuses and coaches provider. The driver - Daniel sent was professional and turned up on time. He went above and beyond to ensure the journey was smooth and also accomdated our last minutes changes. Will definitely use Travel Eaze again

For our wedding we had a coach to do four different trips over the day. Lots of potential for problems, however Traveleaze made it easy. The communication up to the day was fabulous. The coach was lovely the driver amazing. They delivered everything they promised. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them in the future

Mini bus never turned up took our deposit and no joy in getting back our deposit nobody answers emails or phone calls don’t book with these people

A recent experience where Traveleaze displayed a complete lack of customer service, changed arrangements 30 minutes before the agreed pick up time and wanted to provide different vehicles and drivers for the outward and return journeys (the return being set to depart the venue at 00h00) with part payments being made to each driver instead of one CASH payment on completion of the service led to us cancelling, losing our deposit of £150 but at least using our own transport at the last minute we knew were were secure to return safely.
In addition, in the period immediately before the agreed date, the agent we dealt with was not available and there was nobody else delegated to handle his bookings whilst he was not available.
Overall a very poor performance! DO NOT USE!

Asked for a quote for an eight seater taxi for a works day out , paid the 100 pound deposit then unfortunately over the 3 weeks leading to date of trip I hit a wall of silence. Sent 2 WhatsApp messages, both read , sent 2 emails , both read and left numerous messages on answer phone asking for confirmation that the taxi would arrive . I sent update on pick up location and asked for slight changes to times and heard nothing back , unfortunately I was scammed out of my 100 pounds deposit and I can only assume this company is no longer trading but still taking bookings and deposits but have no intention of fulfilling the contract, I suggest that Trustpilot remove them as a trustworthy company before more get scammed out of money

I recently booked a minibus with travel eaze for a group trip, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and efficient, with clear communication and great customer service throughout.

The vehicle itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Our driver was punctual, courteous, and extremely professional he made everyone feel safe and relaxed during the journey. He also knew the best routes and handled the schedule perfectly, which made the whole trip stress free.

Whether you're organizing a corporate event, airport transfer, or a group outing, I highly recommend Travel eaze . Their reliability, service quality, and attention to detail really set them apart. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

They have very low level
I requested a mini bus and they showed me Mercedes 2025
Then they send a very old Ford with bad smell inside and teared seats
Dont use this company
They told me they will send another car for another trip then they never attend and never answer my call

Mini bus didn't show, left 9 people stranded in the middle of nowhere at midnight. I can not get hold of anyone since to get a refund. Messages, calls and emails are going ignored. DO NOT USE

Great experience from start to finish our requirements were quite complex with multiple drops and picks up we sent in our itinerary and the rest was taken care of by Travel Eaze. Will certainly be using them again thank you

DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. We had a bus booked and paid for that was cancelled at 10pm the night before our booking which was due early in the morning. They stated they would refund the money we paid ‘as a good gesture’. Well how nice of them is that? Imagine being so courteous to pay back money for a service that was never delivered! On top of that, they haven’t paid a penny back and are ignoring all the phone calls and messages to them. Horrible company, horrible people.

Extremely disappointed with Travel Eaze and their poor handling of our recent booking. We arranged a minibus for a group picnic and paid a £200 advance. The booking was confirmed and we even received the driver’s details via email.
I contacted the driver a day prior to confirm everything, and while he acknowledged the booking, he unexpectedly told us we would be charged an additional £100 if we wanted to eat or drink in the bus — something that was never mentioned during the booking process.
Then on the day of the trip, we were informed 15 minutes before arrival that they were having an issue and had to send out another driver resulting in a 30–45 minute delay. This completely disrupted our plans, and with no guarantee on timing, we decided to cancel and requested a refund.
Despite the inconvenience being on their end, Travel Eaze responded saying the payment was non-refundable. No accountability, no proper customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.
This was a clear case of bad management and zero customer care. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Travel Eaze.

HORRENDOUS COMPANY. Cancel a 55 seater less than 12 hours before it is due to leave! DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE JOKERS

Do not use this FRAUD company. They will wait until 10 hours before your journey, at 21:36 on Easter Friday to cancel your 55 seater you have booked for 8am the next again morning. Terrible company, terrible customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Do not use this company. If it is even a company. We booked a 33 seat coach for a day trip to Manchester but were sent a 22 seat vehicle that was too cramped for our needs. I asked for a partial refund but have been ghosted by their representative Steven Cook and the company. I am taking them to the small claims court as they have not given me any other option.
