we booked a domestic flight in Colombia through travelfrom. Our tickets stated that we were flying with Easyfly and we had to check in directly with them. we couldn't find how and where and after a long search we contacted them via email. We received a very quick response, but this was a general response for which we were referred to Easyfly again. Ultimately we discovered ourselfs that easyfly no longer existed but that we were flying with clic air. the information provided by travelfrom caused a lot of stress and uncertainty and we were afraid because we had not checked in in advance that we would have to pay extra costs. We also no longer received any responses from travelfrom.

We have booked a flight , then we received the day after an email canceling our booking. We received the refund, then the day after the same amount was taken from our account and we do not understand. We urgently need this money back as you couldn’t order the tickets so we have to book them with other airlines. This is URGENT !

I spent hours with the bank that confirmed that NO reimbursement was issued!!!
It is easy to blame the bank when you have not reimbursed. I have never ever faced such situation. We are talking about more than 2000€. We need you to figure out how to get refunded. The bank is not receiving any money and it doesn’t make any sense that the bank block money at their level.

I paid for my ticket and have been waiting for the ticket to be issued for almost 24 hours. I think it's a fairly reasonable request to expect one's ticket asap when payment has been made. They're taking zero ownership of the process and blaming it solely on the airline which is convenient.
Definitely never again.

Hi,not trusted site at all ,it s totally a scam.I have bought a ticket with on travelfrom.nl cost app 171 euro on the 7th of November but the airline has cancelled the flight and travelfrom.nl state that they will refund the money to us and I believe that airline has refunded the amount to travelfrom.Nl but till now day they didn’t pay me back ,I have called them and sent many email but without any result .

My daughter bought a ticket from Paris to South Africa, no eticket was issued. It is IMPERRITIVE that she flies as she has URGENT family and other business to attend to. Why take her money and not issue a ticket right away?? "Pending issuance" What the hell?? Send her ticket immediately pleassssseee!!!! We pay 20 South African Rands per Euro. Update: The bank needs you to send the file directly from your email address. We sent you the info on your email. As soon as our bank receives this I will update this review. We still can't access our funds. Please do this urgently as my daughter is still stuck in paris!
Update: You are asking us for bank statements. There is no way. Just send an email directly to my bank stating that the transaction is canceled. How difficult is that?
Uodate: We received the refund, 2 weeks later. My advice is to book directly by the airline and not to use third parties as things can go horribly wrong. I've learnt my lesson.

I bought yesterday by mistake tickets in the wrong directions for (Nairobi-Mombasa 472€) instead of Mombasa-Nairobi (1 hour later I contact the COMPANY to change the flight) and the price of the change they offer me was 537€ more. Wich is the same as if I bought a new flight. What I see is that they are keeping the money and it's really sad that companies work like that.
So I asked for a refund and they said NO.
I will never recommend a company like this one.

Even 1 star is too much. I'm begging everyone considering to book through travelfrom NOT to book here for you own sanity.
We've booked a ticket, which missed 1 of 2 last names of one of the passengers. We simply wanted to add a last name, which is an easy request with any airline. But the airlines don't do it because we made the stupid mistake to book through Travelfrom. So we requested it through travelfrom. They said it will be corrected in 12 hours. Called back after 12 hours. They said give it 1-2 more hours. Called back 8 TIMES every 1-2 hours after that. The same story over and over again. And when there was less than 24 hours for the ticket, they simply declined the request using that as a reason, while we have been trying to get the request through for almost 48 hours already.
They just have people in customer service who have a script and say the same things over and over again instead of trying to help you.
It's even worse than a scam, because of all the stress you get with companies who are not capable of doing business.

In early August this year a thyphoon hit in Japan. Because of this our flight got cancelled. The airline has already refunded Travelform, however they refuse to pay us. They keep saying that they need "authorization", even tough they have received the full refund amount already on august 2nd. We have sent the proof of payment from airline to Travelfrom twice already, yet they keep saying, we need AUTHORISATION.
What authorisation is needed when refunds are already transfered?? When you call, you can never speak to the right department, e-mails do not get answered.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS AGENCY!!
First They try to offer a refund of 71 euros on a ticket of 742 euros when I couldnt travel.
Then they claimed that their "consultancy fee" was more than the refund or some nonesense like that so they wouldnt even refund me 71 euros.
Parallel to this, Delta was willing to fully refund me but they didnt get paid by this agency so they couldn't refund me either. They are at least trying to give me credit for future travel, but this agency are plain thiefs be aware!
