Just booked and paid for flights then they call and say they cant give me that flight at that price even though I have already paid for it! Then told me I needed to pay an extra £800 for the flight, then I said no and to return my money now I need to wait 3-5 days for the refund, they should not be allowed to take your money and then try get more money from you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is the second time I am using your service within two months, Jennifer has been outstanding. She provides regular updates and made a change which would have had a huge impact on my travel plans and given options to help my travel be possible. This is a highly recommended service and would be using them again. Jennifer is my go to person for travel, she has managed to convince me that using agents is not such a bad idea.

when i was contacted by travel heights i wasnt so sure as there are lots of scammers around however i spoke with Jennifer who assured me that they are not scammers although i was a bit hesistant she provided IATA number and confirmed office address. so far so good. i have received electronic tickets and invoice as well.

They might be a valid agent, but.... the price and date you see is not the price or dates.
I have to say that the agent who called me was very nice and helpful and explained that the information they had through was wrong (not matching the website). I have asked for a refund or a payment reversal, so will see if that comes through successfully

Edit: I did receive the full refund a few days later. I have aded an extra star for that, but as stated above, the price you see and the dates you set were not the same when contacted.

All thanks to our booking agent, Steve, I had the best booking experience ever. We needed to travel to India and only started looking for tickets less than two months in advance. Owing to the peak holiday season, nothing was available within our budget and strict dates. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful with our booking. He suggested an itinerary that suited all our requirements and was in fact able to advise correctly about the transit visa requirements for one of the members. I wouldn't have known nor would have considered that flight route if he hadn't answered my queries accurately and convincingly.

this website is a scam. It shows incorrect data. As soon as you enter your details and try to make the payment. The price increases. Just fooling customers with low prices.

I had the most amazing booking experience with Rachael. She was so Patient, very professional and very helpful with my booking.
I got my ticket same day that I booked and I got an extra bonus baggage to be checked-in.

Jennifer has been absolutely great in helping us book our tickets from London to India. She understood my requirements and gave us a good deal with all the details mentioned appropriately. Moreover, she went ahead and helped me book my seats as well. A great customer service experience I had and will always come back to her for our future travel bookings.

A good service from Rachael and quick sourcing of travel tickets, giving available options. She was prompt with her response to enquiries, she's friendly and patient on phone.

The disappointing policy by the company, however, is the requirement for a customer to pay extra if paying for bookings using credit cards.

In regards to the business, the flights shows on the website are not always available and the price is not always what it states so I would recommend other customers to call up and speak to them before booking.

I was very skeptical at first thinking it could be fraud, I have booked my flights to bangkok with 4 passengers. Therefore, it was a big payment. However, after 24 hours of purchasing my ticket, I was sent my E-ticket and confirmation successfully with the help of Luis, who is an asset to the company. He was very responsive and delivered promptly.
