Flight booking
I am happy with the flight deal i got for my family and friends as we are travelling as a group, even though i wasted a lot of time with payments (almost a week) we still got the same date and
flight, we still added some late entries and Rachel was very patient throughout the process and the prices she guaranteed us stayed the same without even paying any deposit.
Rachel was friendly, encouraging and patient throughout this process and I am happy to refer other customers to her.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to wait 24 hours for the ticket before it was emailed to me.

TRIP IN AND OUT OF NIGERIA
Jennifer was fantastic in searching for the best deal available on Virgin Airline for my family of 6 travel requirements to and from Nigeria for the Christmas season.
Jennifer also searched endlessly without hesitation until she got my sister and I a quick return ticket on Virgin Airline to and from the UK. Some of the other agents we tried came up with a very expensive fare but, Jennifer got us a good deal beating all other agents we tried. Good job

Received a good service from Rio for booking my flights in Dec-23. Even though it was a peak period, Rio was able to find a good deal with some flexibility in dates. Fraud compony
I am waiting for my resolution from last more than 1 month but they are just ignoring me.
I book a flight with them and my ticket was invalid at airport and airline didn't allow me to travel.
they took money from me but not paid to airline and share fake ticket with me.
I am taking followups on this from last 1.5 month almost but didn't get any response neither refund.
at airport as well I refer them them too airline and they didn't provide anything to airline as well.
they are very nice while taking payment but after the they are start ignoring and even harassing people by not providing resolution.
I would advised all to not to go through with them m giving them 1 rating as there is no option for Zero or minus.
all don't trust on them and book any tickets from them they will share fake tickets.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, applied for my visa managed to get it refused through carelessness also believe they have made a fraudulent application on my behalf. Now holding my money hostage unless I send them an email saying I confirm to new charges that I never agreed to. these people are trying to black mail me. The don't respond, avoid my calls, don't reply to emails, they have continually lied to me. Sam Martin Is rude, talks over you as does Darry have absolutely no interest in sorting anything out. I have trading standards contacting me soon. STAY AWAY. These people don't care, they are charlaton's and scammers. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. they make you pay with razorpay which is indian. they told me they had a dedicated visa team in the back room. but then find out my application is being dealt with in india. liars. They have continually lied to me and are now trying to black mail me.

Rachael was dealing with us to help us find a flight to Bangkok for Christmas. At one point we thought we had been scammed as we sent off the money and did not receive our tickets within 24 hours. In fact it took nearly a week before they arrived. Rachael and her manager reassured me they were a reputable company and there had been an IT glitch which they were looking to resolve. We now have our tickets and they are the cheapest around for sure!.

Atrocious, unprofessional, fraud/ scamming company
Atrocious company! Pure scammers and manipulators. DO NOT TRUST this company as they fail to deliver the service promised and then will avoid you. AVOID at all costs. Prices of fares are deceiving and so is the pay later scheme. Go to any other travel agent, not this one!
Wouldn't even rate them any star.
