Travellink Prime is a fraud

As other users I also experienced Travellink charging 889 dkr (120 euros) for a so-called Prime subscription that I assume was automatically activated when I booked a flight ticket. I didn't activate nor confirm to any subscription. I always say no to all add-on's - apparantly thats not enough any longer. Nice way to treat customers - well done. Be aware and buy your ticket elsewhere!

Predatory business and borderline…

Predatory business and borderline fraudulent. The prime membership is supposedly possible to cancel before the trial ends, but in reality they try to force you to call them on a number which will incur charges when abroad. There is no response from their prime email, even after a week.
I just reported fraudulent charge on my credit card, so they won’t be able to charge anything. But horrible company.

You will be automatically charged 889…

You will be automatically charged 889 DKK for a membership, even if you have not activated any membership option. They add this charge when you book a flight with them, which I find unethical. I also did not receive any email notification about it.
After calling their call center in India and waiting for hours, I finally talked with a lady. She told me that I would get my money back. If I receive the refund, I will update my review. If not, I will keep this review as it is.

Fraud! Don't use this supplier

Don't use this supplier!
Suddently 100 pounds were withdrawn from my account a month after purchasing my tickets.
They sign you up for some sort of club/membership without letting you know, so that they later on can take money out of your card, when you buy your tickets. You also do not get any Emails about it.

Be careful with using this supplier

Be careful with using this supplier. I bought a ticket to Brazil and was careful to reject all other offerings. The charge for the ticket was correct but 2 weeks after I was charged for something called Travellink prime Ann, which I have not agreed to pay for nor have any idea what it is. Company claims they cannot answer email from their own contact info and ask to click some dodgy link. This portal is not safe and I am surprised that AirFrance seems to allow them selling their tickets and that this provider is suggested on Momondo.

⚠️ Please be careful – SCAM alert!
Just a quick warning – please, please, PLEASE do not buy any tickets from this company. They are total scammers.
We got tricked – they sold us flight tickets for one destination and hotel bookings for another. The worst part? Without telling us! We bougth the whole thing as a packpage collectively 😡
We were really lucky to catch it 3 days before traveling, but we ended up losing all our money on the tickets and the hotel because we couldn’t afford to rebook everything again.
We're now continuing our case with the police.
Please be careful and double-check everything before booking. Don’t fall for the same trap we did.

Complete rip-off - STAY AWAY

Complete rip-off! Who scams elder people. STAY AWAY and always go directly to the airline itself. My 70 year-old mother paid 1.000 DKK more on a one-way ticket. More than 1/3 is unspecified fees and “services”. Moreover, the additional cancellation insurance only returns 80%.

Please and i mean please stay away from…

Please and i mean please stay away from this company even the good review they have online they wrote that themselves. here is what happened to me: I was approached by one of their so called sales person Clara Reddy but she was under another name, offered cheap tickets to travel to Africa 3 of us, said we pay deposit £150 and because of how cheap i introduced company to my sister who purchased two ticked, we insisted on paying full amount they refused that it has to be instalment. After a week my sister booking was not in system and when i spoke to airline the said it was cancelled because full amount wasn't paid, travelalink gave rubbish explanation about that, i took my sister booking on charge and said i will be paying that myself and paid first instalment and told them i will clear amount end February, i paid instalment on our booking as well and said i will pay full amount end of march .Story cut shot they called me last week insistend my sister flight price went up and they are offering alternative long flight and i need to add £260 each person i have to pay£900 and issue ticked, my sister got angry cancelled got refunded what i paid and lost £150 deposit i kept asking them about mine came back to me 3 days later that it went up almost £600, cancelled it the refunded deposit instead of first instalment i paid i had to speak to my bank to raise dispute they gave me rest and lost £150 as well and even got cheaper tickets from airlines direct and so did my sister. Imagine how many people they do that to and how much deposit they keep. This company needs to be reported and closed down

Missing compensation

One more time for your information since you don’t listen or what to look into the case.

a) You/Travellink is the supplier right !
b) I am the customer right !
c) I have ordered via your website right !
d) I have paid to you for my order right !
e) You have confirmed my order and taken money for the total order right !
f) You must deliver for what you have confirmed and taken money for right !
g) As supplier who cannot deliver in full, you are obliged to credit and refund the amount right !

So the conclusion is that you Travellink have taken money for something you have not delivered and it is your responsibility - not the customer right !

Travellink own me what you have not delivered !

So total you owe me as mentioned earlier Dkr. 2.609,61 + compensation for missing meals !

A very bad travel agency that used a system that cheats the customers

The day before we had to travel we had’nt heard anything. We decided to choose seats just to be sure that we had seats if the flight was overbooked

We Got an error message. Although the agency had booked 4 x checked in luggage, 2 x cabin luggage and 2 x handbags on our return flight and charged us over 800 danish kr extra

We only had 2 x checked in luggage. Norwegian could’ t help us and the support just wrote it was not refundable

This is a Warning

Do NEVER use Travellink.

Very bad communication and decieving customers

This company is horrible, dont book with them Unless you want to lose your money,it cost me almost 50 euros in phone calls to make changes of my flight as I had paid for the Flex and could change flights for free.that never happened, they wanted me to Pay almost 700 euros in order to change my flight,very bad experience!!.

Bad customer service options

My flight was cancelled 3-4 days earlier and company didn't inform me from this as they should. Got informed by air company service on check-in desk 3 hours before planned take-off. Phone application should offer you alternative route in these situations, but it showed the cancelled flight still active and because of that I couldn't get new flight.
Company has only a bot chat -option and very jammed phone customer service. I had to search for the number quite a long time, websites didn't show that to me as it should. Called there like 3-4 times, every time 20-45 minute queue and had to explain the situation again. Apparently they didn't have numbered system so you could continue from where you left last time. Customer service was slow, expensive for me and unsure if things get even done. Eventually got a tiny refund.
Would not suggest company in any situation.

No HELP when needed

Vi realised, that we needed to pay for cabin luggage.
This is not possible, since the tickets are from Norweigian. The frustrating part is when you try to get help - there are NONE. You cant call them, The webpage is running in circles and the only "help" is a freaking Chat robot. DONT EVER DO IT

I have still to receive my refund

I have still to receive my money/refund. I do not recommend travelling with travellink. Their costumer service is nonexistent. It has been over 6 month. We travelled in august, and one of our flights got cancelled because of a typhoon. I have contacted the airline directly, however I have to get my refund through travellink. Travellink is aware of all this, and still does not ensure, that I get my refund.
