I booked flights to New York yesterday and have still not had confirmation of booking ..only received notice to download an App which leads to Asian girls looking for company and money ...

After I wrote bad reviews, the Company send my a guarentee of a refund.
The money still isnt on my account.
So please read my earlier reviews, stay away from this Company.
If they only delivered what promised, I would erase it all. But its all talk, no action.
Do not trust this Company.
I have a mail from the Company, promising to refund, but never happend.

I payed for the ticket and confirmation for payment, but they never sent me a ticket. Pure scam.

Crapy company with lousy service, only the stupidest of chat bots and when you finally get to talk to a person its someone on a call center with no actual possibility to change anything. High commission and low refund even if you pay extra for refundable tickets. It's a one sale company.
I´ll file a complaint with the Swedish the consumer ombudsman, but I doubt this kind of company will care. Avoid at any cost!

Do NOT use Travellink . They are scammers and criminals. My flight was cancelled by the airline. I did not get any notification from Travellink . They have not paid my refund yet. Reading through the reviews here, it is clear that I most likely will never see my money again. How can a company be allowed to operate like this? They are criminals.

Terrible customer support.
My flights were cancelled by the airline (LATAM) and I requested a refund after calling and writing Travellink thousand of times.
However, I am STILL waiting for the refund on my cancelled flights over 1 year ago.
Yes, 1 year has passed, but I have NOT got my refund yet.

Just never use Travellink. Worst experience ever.

Too bad I cannot give zero star. Useless app (it processed a refund request that I never submitted!) and useless chat service. The agent I was chatting with was totally incompetent; after I explained to her the problem with the fact that one of my flights had been cancelled by the airline, she responded after 5 min: "I am sorry to inform you that one of your flights had been cancelled by the airline!!! Really!. She kept writing "I am sorry with the inconvenience" (she wrote it at least 5 times). Goodbye Travelink. I will never use them again

They have not responded to my email from past 7months. There is no human to talk to. HAVEN’T REFUNDED BACK MY MONEY. WORST DECISION EVER. DONOT CHOOSE TRAVELLINK!!!!!!! ITS A SCAM!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is a fake travel agentcy. They do not provoide you with valid tickets.

You don’t deserve any star Travellink !
Its not a trustworthy site , they are fast in withdrawal of your money to pay for the tickets but to download a boarding pass it was impossible . To cancel the trip it was impossible , to use the insurance I paid incase I had to cancel was impossible and nothing was solved
Could not get any actual help . Their customer service staff talk like they are helping you on the phone and keep saying “so sorry you are facing this but we will solve it for you within 24/48 hours “. My time expired,my date of travel was at hand and I still had no boarding pass or any kind of confirmation. Stay away from
Travellink. Book directly with the airline companies.

Worst service ever. Our flight got cancelled and we could not reach them. They always told us to wait and they would call us later, but they never did.
They send us emails that they have tried to call "us" and said that our number is their own number. I would never recommend anyone to use them and I would never do it again myself!!! right now i dont have a flight

This website is not correct. It's supposed to be Travellink.dk, for the company Travellink. This website doesn't work.

Warning: Never book and pay a rental car online before you reach your destination. Incase your flight is cancelled or you, by any other legal reason are obstructed to travel, your payment will not be reimbursed e.s. your money is gone.

Please be advised that as per the Terms and Conditions, which you are required to accept prior to completing the booking, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund of the deposit paid if you do not collect your vehicle at the rental desk:
“If you make a booking but do not collect the vehicle, no funds paid will be reimbursed.”
I do sincerely apologise if this solution does not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies and I do hope that you can understand our position on this matter.
