Very good customer service and professional too. I have had a smooth experience booking my flight with them. Alex Brown went through my booking process with so much respect and patience and remained professionally efficient. He increased my trust in the company which frankly I was scared because there are so many scams on the internet.

Travel Jockey is a name for Trust and Service. This is my second time.
My friendly agent Alex Brown did a hard work for me and was never frustrated even my a hard breathe. He was polite and was taking up all my search criteria and did them patiently. I believe he is an asset to the team. As such I know I have troubled with lots of questions and options to make my tickets cheaper as this is a holiday time with booming prices. Everytime he took time and called me with findings and options. Atlast he got me a ticket which I am very satisfied. He is very involved, trying for customer satisfaction, Hard working, Polite, humble , nice natured, soft spoken etc. All the qualities for an agent meeting aggressive customers. Even though my flight was canceled by Royal Marocco Airlines at last moment, Alex called and informed the situation, all this was handled professionally. He was always there to answer unending questions of a panicked person. Even though I had to shed off a couple of extra hundreds but he managed my trip very efficiently. Giving him benefit of doubt I will still recommend him for his honesty. Keep up the good work.

Thank God for this company. I was being ripped off right left and centre by some other travel companies and the prices were horrendous. I nearly gave up on this holiday until I saw this company pop up on my screen and I got a ticket far far less than the original company that I was going to book with. Thanks for your very good service Tyler and next time you will be the company of choice for all my trips.

Very poor. They took a deposit on a flight and though we asked to pay the whole flight to be certain they would only take a deposit. now when the actual cost of the flight comes through it is 50% yes 50% more than the original cost we were told. Not someone I would use again in fact I am going to use a travel agent proper in future it is cheaper!!!!

I spoke to a lovely young lady called Rachel. She was exceptionally respectful and polite. She had excellent customer service, therefore I will be a loyal customer and go on to recommend the company to my friends and family.

I am so glad I went with Rachael. She was great, thru her I was able to travel stress free, with short waits. She was always flexible and understanding and possiblely protected me from scammers with prices that were too good to be true. I am still flying cheaper than anywhere else!
