BEWARE OF BOOKING FLIGHTS WITH THIS AGENCY !!!! I Booked my flight tickets with them on 13th Mar 2019 for a travel to Pakistan on 22nd Jul 2019 and agreed on a price of £3400.80 for 6 tickets and we paid a deposit of £200.00 in business bank account : Famous Holidays Limited , Account Number : 72365596 , Sort code : 40-23-13 and the agent ( REMUS ) advised us to pay balance in couple of weeks and when we were ready to pay balance and final amount they changed our travel date from 22nd Jul 2019 to 17th Jul 2019 and not only they changed travel dates they increased the price to £3462.00 we agreed on that as well and agent ( REMUS ) promised we will be getting tickets in 24 HRS . I called them several times chasing for my tickets but every time agent ( REMUS ) gave me assurance that I will get tickets in 24 HRS but that never happened . So on 17th May 2019 agent ( REMUS ) advised me if I don’t get tickets in 24 HRS they will refund me full amount still it doesn’t stopped here after 24 HRS when I tried to speak to him he was not ready to speak to me and then on 20th May 2019 I was the MOST LUCKIEST WOMEN ON EARTH I got a chance to speak to most talented FRAUD AGENT ( REMUS ) OF FRAUD COMPANY and then he said he is processing the refund now and I’ll be getting in 3 – 4 Business Days and he did sent me an email following with that on same day he made me speak to another FRAUD AGENT ( TYLER ) pretending to be from accounts team and he said we have processed the full refund today 20th May 2019 and as today is a BANK holiday and I’ll be getting money in my account on 21st May 2019 or latest by 22nd May 2019 and he will call me at 4 PM on 22nd May to check if I have receive my money , But the funny part was I didn’t received the call and not money and when again I started my journey of chasing for my money same thing happen they again started making me run around . And then another TALENTED FRAUD AGENT ( MARK ) came into picture and after explaining him all the story he pretended to be the most responsible agent in the company saying if you don’t get refund in 48 HRS I can speak to him and he will get it sorted but again nothing happen . After a long run around I did managed to speak to FRAUD AGENT ( REMUS ) on 30th May 2019 and he said refund is already processed and money has already been gone from our account and I need to check with my bank as they are taking long , I asked him for a transaction ID so that I can chase with my bank he said there is no one available in accounts and refunds team he will get me transaction ID on next day morning ( 31st May 2019) as soon as he comes back on his shift at 10:30am AGAIN my new journey started of chasing him , and I called him and another TALENTED AGENT ( RACHELL ) answered the call and she said REMUS is on day off today I was surprised what the hell they are doing and another assurance was given by her that our accounts and refunds team starts at 11;30am and she will check and call me back , BUT AGAIN NO CALL BACK DONE . I realized that REMUS had given me his INDIA WATSUP NUMBER let me try to speak to him on that but he didn’t answered the call and messaged me back I am in hospital my daughter is not well so I trusted him and started chasing for other guys called them again several times on same day but every time I was advised REMUS IS NOT IN TODAY , TYLER IS ON CALL WITH AIRLINES , MARK IS BUSY ON CALL , after that a call was transferred to a guy and he introduced himself as MARK BUT THE MOMENT I HEARD HIS VOICE I REALISED HE IS REMUS but he was not ready to accept that he is REMUS . But anyways when I asked for REFUND transaction id he said he will arrange for me in next 24 HRS again another stupid assurance was given . BUT THE MOST FUNNIEST THING HAPPEN WHEN ON SAME DAY I GOT A CALL from another TALENT CALLED JENNY , She said all the people I spoke to ( REMUS , TYLER , MARK . RACHELL ) everyone was lying no refund has been processed yet because SOME PROBLEM IS GOING ON IN THE COMPANY and I said that’s not my concern what is happening in your company and she gave me assurance that I need to wait for another 4 – 6 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK . BUT I AM VERY MUCH DEPRESSED BECAUSE THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND THEY ARE PLAYING WITH THAT .



I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE EVERY ONE AWARE PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DON’T GO TO THESE GUYS THEY ARE FRAUD PEOPLE !!!!!!!!

I would like to say thank you to Alex who had the patience and time for when I was being a tad difficult, I am giving this review today as that’s what influenced my decision in purchasing. So thank you Alex you were great. Looking forward to the next time.

BEWARE OF THIS TRAVEL AGENT!!specially PAUL WALTERS..Despite of numerous bad comment on this travel agent the management is not making any action.I
made a transaction last May 3 for the ticket but after I paid the full amount of ticket the travel agent Paul did not issue my ticket straight away.I rang him after I made a payment regarding the issuance of my ticket but he promise me that the ticket will issue on next few days and until it comes for more than a week .I call him several times and keep on making a promise but still no issuance of ticket that is why I decide to ask for a refund because he cannot give assurance if when he can issue the ticket .Again another stressful week waiting for the refund and give me a 7-10 days waiting that it is on process but it is almost 13 days now and still not giving me a refund.Paul Walters is keep on making a promise but I am already fed up of him being so relaxed.That is why I am keep on writing a review to make people aware about this travel agent do they woll not experience what I experienced now.

Excellent customer service and friendly approach.

Vogue Travel were showing very low prices. Remus was very straightforward about the pricing challenges of flying to Africa at a time of peak demand but found excellent and well priced, matching flights for travellers inbound on different days but travelling back together. He held them for longer than agreed and called back to complete the booking. Remus also checked back as the timing of one short leg changed. I elected to pay by credit card, having not dealt with Traveljockey before (peace of mind).
I was somewhat concerned about ticketing 'following within 24 hours' but the booking ref arrived in less than 8 hours and I have booked our seats directly with the airline/ added frequent flyer details. Update to follow after we have completed the journey!! Communication was exemplary, thanks Remus and Rose.

Received better than market price for ticket. However selected journey was not ticketed because of Swissair issues. Presented with Lufthansa alternative at same price but later destination arrival time. No choice but to accept. Customer service was good and was kept informed of situation. Otherwise it would have been 5*.

I have been trading with Travel Jockey for the past one year, but sometimes dealing with John can sometimes be dangerous when it comes to issuance of ticket especially when demand for refund is made on non-issuance of ticket. Online transfer payment is advisable for any transaction with Travel Jockey.
