I've been using TravelKon for the past few years, and they've been fantastic. I've used their eSIMs throughout both Europe and Asia, and they've worked flawlessly every time. New e-sim user found instructions easy to understand - and support chat very helpful before we left Australia. We had full connection in all countries visited and were amazed at how easily everything worked. Traveling as a couple with 2 different types of iphones we found the instructions did vary a bit, however, nothing we could not work out.

Firstly I had no issues installing the esim on my phone. Very easy to do.

🇦🇺 A little complicated for a person my age - when installing. But there was plenty of online and real person help to get me started. I've been using it for a month and apart from the occasional search showing up in French language, data has been seamless in it's connections through Finland Sweden Germany Italy Poland an back to Finland.
