Canada & Rocky Mountaineer - this holiday surpassed our expectations. This was not only due to the itinerary but also our amazing Team Director Meghan.

The weather was gorgeous, the ship was beautiful, the food was great, the cabins were great and all the staff including the tour guides were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely use APT again.

Transfer to ship was efficient and we felt well looked after during the cruise

The Ship and crew were excellent. The food and drinks were first class. Overall a wonderful holiday and experience. One we would happily repeat.

This was my first river cruise and I was apprehensive which was completely unnecessary from the first day I stepped on the ship I loved it. The staff were amazing the overall feel of the ship was luxurious and the local tour guide in every city were highly informative will definitely book again for next year

A great mixture of Irish, English, and Australians travellers made the cruise so enjoyable. Every day was in a different city, and all off ship tours were included. This made it excellent value for the money!. The almost new ship was very classy with excellent food and drink

Very good excursions. Unfortunately our guide in Vienna spoke far too quickly, parrot fashion so while he was knowledgeable and very enthusiastic it became impossible to follow. Several guests in our group ( most of them!) ended up removing the ear piece!!

The holiday was well organised from start to finish. It was easy to talk to the company through the booking process. Staff on the cruise were friendly, helpful and very well trained. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Excursions were well organised and enjoyable. The food was very good. It was good value for money. This is our 3rd trip with APT and we would use them again. We have no hesitation in recommending to others.

The group and the effort Julianne put into making sure the trip good for everyone. Julianne was our tour manager and Ash the driver were excellent.
The hotels were of a low to average quality, not reflecting the price of the experience but adequate. Compliments to Maz for sorting out the late arrival, I'll be claiming refunds from Donald J Trump.
Good mixed group - always someone to chat to.

My son and I had never been on a River Cruise before and was a bit aprehensive as I am in a wheelchair. However, It was really good the staff helped a great deal, there was a lift so no problem on board, plus the entertainment crew although small made each evening memorable. We will be looking a another in the future.

Organisation & service was first class on both ships (Vega & Polaris).

would have given 5 stars if we had not had to swap ships due to low water, this was not your fault and you could not of handled it better , other than that everything on both ships was excellent , would have no hesitation in recommending you to others and would definitely travel with you again

The itinerary; superb food; excellent service from the crew; the Balkans is a totally fascinating region to visit

Holiday was excellent. Ship great food first class accommodation too of the tree.

The boat was lovely, the air-conditioning was great in the cabins, not so great elsewhere due to the extreme heat. Food was excellent, except that we arrived after 9pm on the first day due to the boat not being where it should have been due to lack of water in the danube. The restaurant shut at 9pm, so the group who arrived late were given a couple of dry sandwiches and some fruit in our cabins. This was not enough after a full day of travelling. We were given a free drink too, but there should have been more of a meal available.
Trips were great, with good guides given lots of information.
