Worst customer
Service ever. Waited 15 min that’s fine when I asked about exchanging overseas currency I was told no they don’t do that. When I asked for some direction I was told no they don’t know. I thought this was a currency exchange office? Sunday 30 th of November. 2.20 pm.

Popped in on my way home and was able to get some NZD straight away. The rate wasnt the best so I mentioned how the bank was better and the awesome lady jumped straight online to see what their online rate was which was better. I asked if I buy it now online can I get the cash straight away which was yes. She helped me through the online buying process which wasnt hard nor did it take too long and she prepared the money for me while she waited for me to finish. Was only a short wait after I had finished buying the NZD online and I cant praise how well the lady does her job. Very personable and welcoming with a great memory as I had popped in a few days earlier but didnt end up buying any cash that day. I will definitely be back whenever I need to buy and exchange currencies and will be highly recommending you guys at The Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore inside Flight Centre!
