Absolute shit issues. In Finland can't use the dam card?????? Because it won't accept the pin anywhere. What a night. Pissed off. BIG TIME! Who the hell needs this on a holiday?

Late last night, I inadvertently added an extra zero to my JPY order. All it took was an email within minutes of paying for it and I had the funds credited to my account this morning. I ordered the correct amount and it was ready to pick it up within an hour or so of placing it. The process could not have gone more smoothly. Travel Money Oz has my highest recommendation for efficient, friendly service.

Easy to use the online ordering website. I was able to pick up the cash that day. Very convenient. The conversion rate was slightly worse than a different conversion shop nearby, but they had a minimum week long wait. So this was worth it.

Ordered money online, order was ready on time and exchange rate was competitive. Communication was good and staff were friendly.

Prompt and friendly service. Avoid Travel Money Oz / Flight Centre.
They sold me Nepalese rupees even though they knew it’s illegal to take into Nepal. When I questioned it, staff brushed it off and told me “most people take it and they don’t care,” basically advising me to break the law. When I asked to swap it back, they kept $50 out of the $144 I paid – a huge loss caused by their mistake.

Completely unprofessional, misleading, and dangerous advice. As a travel money provider, they should know better and warn customers – not profit from it.

I went into the Miranda store on two occasions and was served by Saiful. This young man was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Helpful staff, card easy and reliable to use via Apple Wallet & physical card on my recent trip to Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands & England.

Tanya was exceptionally warm and friendly. Didn't have my driver's license with me as I need to exchange more Euros for my trip.

Very easy procedure to purchase foreign currency cash. Order around 12pm and picked up from local store 2 hours later. Varying denominations provided. Exchange rate better than others.

Initially spoke with one of the ladies at the Kotara outlet regarding rates, fees & how the process worked. She was very helpful. After a week I went online & ordered our Euro late on the Sunday & received notification mid Monday morning I could collect our package. Young guy was very bright & helpful & asked about our trip. Rates were the same as another provider.
