Improve the customer service please!

Traveloka's customer service is really disappointing. When I faced a problem with my ticket, I tried to contact customer service many times, but the response was very slow and not helpful at all. The app needs faster and more responsive customer service, especially since there are frequent errors or technical issues that require immediate attention. Please improve the quality of customer service, as this is a very important aspect for users.

Improve the app's performance and make it more stable

I am very disappointed with the performance of the Traveloka app. The app often crashes at very crucial moments, such as when I tried to complete a ticket booking yesterday when I was going to Melbourne. This didn't happen once or twice, but repeatedly, and it was very annoying. It seems like this app is not well optimized for different types of devices. Please improve the app's performance and make it more stable, especially when used for important transactions.

Minor lag when payment, but I'm satisfied with the service

Traveloka's great for a frequent flights in entire Southeast Asian countries, for example I travelled from Hat Yai, Thailand to Jakarta, Indonesia every month because of work. They offer a lot of discounts especially when you have been in a membership like me. There are a lot of benefit in joining Traveloka membership, like a flight discount, hotel discount, etc. I am enjoying my fligh using Traveloka and I'll using Traveloka for a long time for sure because I satisfied with the service. But, I faced several lag when I try to booked the payment sometimes. I suggest Traveloka to developing in their system in order to make my trip become smooth.

Indonesia's number one travel app!

Domestic flight at Traveloka really helps me a lot to mobilize from a city another city in Indonesia, like from Jakarta to Bali. I went to Bali to staycation for a week, and all of my itinerary, accomodations and flights I trusted Traveloka. Traveloka has been Indonesian number one travel app to go travel, just like me. I have been using Traveloka since 2017, and I'd never had any bad experiences, I don't know why a lot of people said that Traveloka is a bad app.

Traveloka wasted time by sending you email implying you miss this detail and that detail to receive your refund. I have patiently waited and when it is after months they send you an email out of no where saying 'we can't process your refund because you did not provide us ........'

Traveloka, if you don't wanna refund just say so and we will tell the entire world your bad business behaviour. This is just the beginning.

My main tools to Southeast Asian countries.

As a Latina, going to Southeast Asian countries has been my dream since I was a kid. And luckily I had the opportunity to go to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia a couple of weeks ago. I had my best tourism vacation thanks to Traveloka. Traveloka become my main tools whenever I try to go to Southeast Asian countries. When I booked a flight in Traveloka, they really make sure that I'm well awared about flight, hotel, etc and that's show how good Traveloka's customer service are.

Traveloka makes my heart stop for a minute.

Traveloka was really robbed my money, for sure. I was booking a flight from Bangkok,Thailand to Turkey and then the payment failed. And after that, i tried again and the price changes twice as the actual price. But, then after payment I contacted the Customer Service and then they refund my money. It is a good thing for Traveloka to give back my money.

Hire a new Customer Service !

I don't really know if i pick the positive or the negative side of this app. Because Traveloka helps me a lot when i try to book a flight from my college in Bali back to Perth and i have been use Traveloka since 2022. But, as a customer, i really feel like Traveloka did a lot of mistakes, for example when the refund really makes me so frustrated that i had to buy the ticket again. I tried to contact the Customer Service but they didn't respond. Please improve the customer service side, hire a better one that suits that role. Thankyou.

BAD UI and User Experience

The User Interface, User Experience and their services is very very bad especially for flight booking. I used to book my flights based on my urgent occasion but due to their poor user flow I got some missed information from the airline, I booked Batik Air from Lion Air Group anyway. I decide to NEVER use these platform and airline again. Because they will not listen to customer experience from their product issues to enhance the system better. BETTER CHOOSE TIKETCOMM AND ALSO GARUDA GROUP or AIRASIA / PELITA AIR. Bye Traveloka and Lion Group! 👋🏻

Incompetent nightmare

The absolute worst customer service. Booked the wrong flight dates, after 28 emails still could not get the dates right I wouldn't trust them with anything to do with travel. THE WORST.

Purchasing tickets Traveloka was the most difficult frustrating unresponsive experience. It was so bad i honestly thought I was being scammed.
I booked 4 tickets, Traveloka's system took my money but didn't send e-tickets. Their chat tool was disabled, the phone number offered automated messages and long hold times, when i finally got through to an agent they picked up and clicked off. This happened many times as I tried to get in touch with them. It took 18 hours for someone to respond to an email.

Just went to purchase a ticket with…

Just went to purchase a ticket with jetstar, I'd never fly jetstar normally but the price Traveloka had was hard to pass on. $350 for business class, normally $1700, so I pay the little extra and fly a proper airline, but $350 ... anyway fill in details get to check out and price jumps to $1700. What a time waste.

Worst experience ever

Do yourself a favor and do not use Traveloka. Not the app nor the website. I booked a flight using Traveloka and it was literally the worst experience ever. I tried to add extra baggage and couldn’t so I had to email support and go back and forth waiting for them reply. Then when I went to the airport the airline made me pay extra because the names in the system were not the same as the names in the passport. It would have been so much easier to use the airline’s website to book. Never again Traveloka.

Tried to book flights on skyscanner…

Tried to book flights on skyscanner which took me to Traveloka

Tried to book, signed up and went through the payment process and then just nothing !!!
No confirmation, no updates in the app, as it it had committed nothing.
I check everywhere including my bank and nothing. So book elsewhere and I’m fine

Then much later I get a confirmation email from these people but still no booking in the app.

Now they won’t cancel and have kept my money. ‘Nothing they can do’

Please don’t use this firm as many better operators. They just took my money with no accountability

Irresponsible Traveloka

Attention all fellow travellers, I am facing horrible experience with the traveloka. I booked a ticket last year from Asia to Europe via traveloka, the Qatar airways. The airlines rescheudle significantly from 19th to 18 May. Requested refund, traveloka denied. A waste of time and energy. Called airline, let the returns tickets for a year. Started trying to get refund again in April this year, 2024. Traveloka website is not up to date, do not let the refund proceed. Airlines said refundale, in between several hours writing to them finally they said it is expired on 4th May, told me on 7th May 2024. It is more than 40, 000 THB. Not sure, how they are very irresponsbile and not providing basic necessary service like proper function webstie. So, be cautious using traveloka if the unexpected changes come they are horrible in term of service and responsibilty. I am still following up on this issue, hopefully they will take necessary responsible action on this matter.

Stay away from Traveloka INDONESIA as the names said: you get LOKA (crazy!!) after booking with Traveloka

As far as everything is ok and no refund is involved, am satisfied with the company.

But once you have to deal with their customer service, in my case for a refund, due to a flight cancel from the airline… DRAMA!!!

We are 4 months further now, and still not refunded!!!

I asked to put it as credit once I buy another ticket or whatsoever, but they seems not to understand me!!!!

This review is about TRAVELOKA INDONESIA ONLY!!!!

I booked a hotel room with them 6…

I booked a hotel room with them 6 nights, and paid money immediately.
They emailed me to say they couldn't issue booking voucher and had issued a refund. This cost me £26 in bank charges!!
I later booked same room booking.com so accommodation was there.
