The site is run by arogant incompetent thieves. Hotel stole from me and traveloka took the side of the thieves not believing ive been robbed.

Avoid at all cost. I cant believe someone can be so vile.

Traveloka steals from People - Police involved
I made a booking in January and canceled in April when I was told the flight was canceled by Citylink.

I filed a refund request for COVID and Traveloka said they will process the cancellation.
3 weeks later, I did not hear anything, so I contacted Citilink, who told me no cancellation has been made by Traveloka. (meaning they lie)
I have contacted them over 20 times, however always the same lie and no action.

Citilink has accepted a 100% refund, but it seem Traveloka plan to keep the money.

The next step is to report them to the police for Theft.

Very dishonest management in this company, they belong behind bars

Frustrating, incompetent, and annoying from the start to the end of this flight booking and now they are refusing even an airline-authorized refund.

This company (Traveloka Indonesia) is only good when you purchase a ticket. When it comes to refund, they are totally the WORST and the most UNPROFESSIONAL travel agent I have ever encountered. Due to the Covid-19, we, Australians cannot go overseas due to the travel ban. I have purchased three tickets from Traveloka in September 2019 with destinations to Thailand and Vietnam. Early In March, I read in the internet, that my flight TG432 which fly from Denpasar to Bangkok was CANCELLED. Traveloka sent me an email as well about the cancellation.When I tried to ask for a refund, their App said NO REFUND!! Than I started communicating by phone and emails to their call centre. All these people thay were so unprofessional and only said we were trying to reach the airline. Numerous times!!! Nothing happened until now.

I KNOW THAT THAI AIRWAYS SUSPENDED ALL FLIGHTS FROM 25 MARCH TO 30 APRIL. I have one ticket from Bangkok to Phuket for flight on 9 April 2020. Did Traveloka advise that there is a cancellation? NONE!!!

This morning I read the news at Vietjet (where I am holding their ticket) that my flight to Ho Chi Minh city is cancelled. Did Traveloka advise me on this? NONE!!!

You, Traveloka, please clean up your act. Be PROFESSIONAL. I had good experience with agent like Agoda who refunded my refund without any fuss and fast through their app.

Please readers beware of Traveloka. They are only good in picking up your money, however, when trouble start, be prepared to lose your money.

Personally, I will NEVER EVER use the service of Traveloka again. it is on my blacklist.

Worst travel agent ever . Australia has raised a ban and outsider flying into Australia are subjected for 14days of self quarantine which defeats the purpose of flying there as a tourist and with the COVID-19 unpredictable situation it’s so much safer to stay indoor but traveloka doesn’t believe in this . Their policy is as simple as either you fly on that date or I can only refund 10% of your ticket which is your government tax and using their standard SOP answer ; we are just conveying what the airlines said when the airlines in my case has came up with statement that they are giving full refund for those affected by travel bans but tickets booked via travel agents has to be cancelled by the agents in this case our scammer traveloka ! #callingyououttraveloka
