Friendly and helpful, great deals
Lisa was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had to change travel dates due to cyclone Alfred. Nothing was an issue, and also the package deal was great value - the best we could find. 100% recommend.

Honoring Prices as Advertised - No they dont.........
Really dissappointed when questioned their promotion on line and wanting further clarification of prices. Told there was an error from their "Promotion" Department and they wont honor what was advertised!
Wont ever be booking with this lot again......... what ever happen to the slogan "Customer Always Right"!

Helpful and amazing
Travel online especially Emma understood our holiday needs, requirements and budget. Her recommendations and honest answers to our questions made booking easy, the PayPal pay in 4 helped immensely and the accomodation was awesome.

Very disappointing experience
I recently tried to book a vacation through Travelonline during their Black Friday sales, hoping for a convenient package deal. Despite providing all my details, including payment information, I later found out that my "booking" was just an enquiry. Two days after, I was informed that the room I wanted was no longer available and that the only option was a more expensive room, with the flight cost also having increased.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and misleading. I thought I had secured my vacation, but it turns out I had only made an enquiry. Travelonline should not advertise a booking option if nothing is confirmed at the time of "booking." They didn't even offer to match the original price or reapply the Black Friday discount.
I did receive an email saying, "We understand, and we are sorry for the inconvenience." Well, that's not enough. In the end, I lost the deal on the hotel's website and wasted a lot of time planning. Travelonline's process cost me both time and money. I would not recommend booking through them as they are very misleading.

This means that while most requests are confirmed quickly, availability can change rapidly, especially during high-demand sales events like Black Friday. We appreciate that this can be confusing and are actively working with our suppliers to improve this process.
When we learned that your requested room was no longer available, we offered alternative accommodation, though we recognise that it was more expensive. We always aim to provide the best value possible and deeply regret that we couldn’t meet your original budget.
If you are still considering a holiday, we would be happy to assist you with other available options. Please reach out, and we’ll do our best to create a package that works for you.

Super easy to book with. I had no issues. I confirmed everything with the hotel after booking because I'm a bit sus on third party bookings and it all worked out well. We got all of our inclusions so yeah pretty happy.

Holidays can be affordable

Communication great, good package deal and booking correct and seamless
The communication was great and very timely, and the team were so helpful with any additions we wanted to make to our package. From our initial quotes and the many follow up questions we had right through to arriving we had no issues. The booking system and payment method was easy. Travel vouchers came with as per our package and our ferry transfers and resort bookings were all in order when we got there. Thank you Travelonline.

All of my questions and concerns were handled in a professional, friendly and courteous manner, I never felt a bother particularly when my friend pulled out at the last minute and I had to bring in another person. This was handled in a very efficient manner.
