I like being able to compare the best prices for all aspects of my holiday in the same place such as car hire, travel insurance, airport parking/lounges as well as the actual holiday itself. I first started using TravelSupermarket a couple of years ago to book travel insurance for a trip to America, and have used the site ever since because of how fast and easy it is to find the best deal. I'll continue to do so and would definitely recommend to others.

I've used this site for a number of years to book car hire, airport parking and car hire excess insurance. It's straightforward and I like that you can get it all in one place.

I always use a comparison website to compare my car insurance so I was so excited when I realised there was one to compare travel insurance as well as package holidays! The Travel Supermarket website is so good for saving money on booking your holiday and the added extras you need while you're there like car hire and travel insurance, I'll always look at this website before booking anything now!

Saved over £200 on the same holiday using Travelsupermarket to compare prices

I recently used Travelsupermarket to compare travel insurance. I found the user journey very easy to use, lots of choice with clear and relevant information provided.

I recently purchased my Travel Insurance for a holiday to Dubrovnik, everything was easy and I managed to find a cheap option for me and my partner. We then also decided to buy access to a the airport lounge at Leeds Bradford so we could chill in comfort. Everything was really simple and easy

I Googled Luton Airport Hotel with Parking. Up came Travelsupermarket. I clicked on my dates, a one night stay returning 5 days later. I paid £119 for the Holiday Express Inn at Luton Airport. When the confirmation arrived I immediately noticed that it EXCLUDED parking, so was of no use at all. I rang Holiday Express Inn but told that 1. I could not now add parking and 2. I was unable to have a refund. I rang within minutes of the confirmation receipt.
I complained on the Holiday Extras website (same Company). To date I have only had a reply to say they are very busy.
There is a small tab on the Hotel with parking booking screen. If you miss the tab which I did you will end up with a Hotel booking which is useless to you as I have, with very little chance of being reimbursed. The lady I spoke to at the Hotel implied that I was an idiot for expecting parking to be included in my £119 fee. Bearing in mind that you can book an adjacent hotel for £45 per night with £7 per day parking I don't think it was unreasonable to assume parking was included in the £119.
Further to my initial review I need to make a correction. In my exasperation I said the bill was £119. When I finally looked at my credit card statement the payment was for £101.99. With 2+ months still to go until the trip I have had various contacts with both Travelsupermarket and Holiday Extras but sadly no refund or addition of parking to my booking. I am now having to seek reimbursement from my bank under the goods sold not as described heading. They should simply cancel the booking and issue a refund. Instead there appears to be a "Computer says no" attitude...

I like the fact I can look at several options. However, clearly a lot more partners need to be brought on board as I still have to search a lot of other sites.

This is really a follow up to my previous post regarding Travelsupermarket.
As you may have read I booked on their site to a Mystery 4-star hotel - Short distance to terminals
Umm, 7 miles away it not a short distance.

It cost just over £50 in taxi's to and from T4 as Delta hotel is not serviced by a airport shuttle bus, making what appeared a good price into one that was not.

I had previously sent 3 emails to the company, none of which they replied to, plus they have no contact telephone number.

Travelsupermarket are a devious company to deal with, their offers are not at all good. Please take my advice do not fall for their advertising as they will leave you out of pocket.

I did get a response from a Lilly, I emailed her (that now makes 4 emails) but heard nothing back.

Maybe I should post these on their Facebook accounts.

We are warned about scams, this deffo one of them!.
