Saw Traveluro on TripAdvisor and Kayak

Saw Traveluro on TripAdvisor and Kayak. We booked two rooms through the company at the Georgian Terrace Hotel in Atlanta for a wedding. Received Traveluro’s booking info immediately. We waited a few days to call and confirm our reservations with The Georgian Terrace.
Nope, no reservations. Tried for days to speak with Traveluro. Nothing. Fortunately the Hotel Manager wrote an email to our credit card company in our behalf. Lesson learned!
SCAM!

Booked a hotel in Puerto Rico

Booked a hotel in Puerto Rico, paid for everything in full including taxes and service fees... I get to the hotel just to find out that TRAVELEURO didn't include the service fee of the hotel but rather the site.. So I was stuck with a $230plus dollar fee on top of already paying $900 for the hotel... I was PISSED! Never again !!!

Reservation I booked was for 2 queen…

Reservation I booked was for 2 queen beds on Table Mountain Inn website which was commandeered by Kayak and Traveluro. On arriving for checkin, hotel said king was booked and no other availability. Then, there was a wedding reception with very loud music right below my room to go on until 10pm. At that point, I called Traveluro, got no where, and I checked out and requested refund. Hotel said they had to refund Traveuro and I would get the refund from Traveluro. In the 5 phone calls and 4 emails I sent to Traveluro, I keep being told someone will get back to me. Over a week and no one has gotten back to me and when I call and am then put on hold, the line cuts off. This is beyond unacceptable. Traveuro owes me $309.10!!

Traveleuro/Holista/Gosplitty is a scam…

Traveleuro/Holista/Gosplitty is a scam Israeli company. Refused to provide my hotel confirmation number despite calling and email them atleast 50 times in the last 2 weeks as they have no booking with the hotel despite me paying Traveleuro in full. The hotel cannot confirm my reservation without the number. Only got 2 days to go to my flight and still nowhere to stay despite booking with traveleuro almost 3 weeks ago. Please please do not get enticed by the lower rates as you will be playing Russian roulette.

Scammers

It was my first time booking hotels with them and i got scammed. The day after I used my card to pay for the hotel, my bank account was compromised. What a coincidence, anyways. I paid for a hotel at Niagara Falls and I was sent an invoice for $269 but on my credit card I was charged $349. I am still trying to receive answers from them and I am unable to get resolution.

I booked a room through traveluro

I booked a room through traveluro. When arriving the room was disgusting, there were cockroaches dead and alive, mold on the ceiling, cigarette ashes on the floor and the table in a non smoking room. They had the black tree air fresheners from a car hanging in the room to try to mask the smell of mildew and smoke. I went to the front and told them about the problems. The lady gave us a different room which was worse than the first. The ceiling was actually falling and had been leaking. Back to the office again and the lady said she had no other rooms. She told me she had cancelled the reservation because they did not have a room for us. I immediately tried calling traveluro. No one answered the first several attempts then was hung up on a few times. After a while I got them on the phone where they assured me it would be refunded by the tech support team in the morning. Needless to say it was never refunded and I have been fighting with them for almost a month. I even went back the next week and videoed the clerk telling me to have them call directly there was no paperwork since my reservation was cancelled. Traveluro demanded I give them written proof from the motel which is not available. Does anyone have the details on this company I would like to file a lawsuit and possibly a class action if anyone else needs to join.

Total scam!

Total scam!
They simply ignore their customers.
I have tried sending messages, calling, etc... I can't get a hold of anyone.
After hidden fees, it would have been cheaper to book directly with the hotel. And I even paid for insurance on this trip.

I booked a hotel stay for 1 night that I need to cancel. My cancellation policy says full refund until September 22nd 2024. I requested to cancel august 21st. They said I would get a response within 24 hours. They did not respond. I called 6 more time and kept getting the run around. I just called again and the agent hung up on me. They are trying to convince me to book another date or location rather than refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

SCAM

SCAM. Went to hotel on the day and traveluro hadn't sent our booking to the hotel at all and had to pay for the room again since we had nowhere else to go. Found out traveluro had randomly cancelled our booking after sending the confirmation email to us, with the cancellation coming from a different address so it goes in your spam and you don't find out until later. Rang them asking for a refund and has been two weeks and still no money back, its definitely a scam.
