Excellent service from start to end
I needed an airport transfer in the early hours and all other companies I called were asking for 5 times the price I paid just because it was in the middle of the night. The booking process was effortless. After booking you receive a detailed email with all the information about the driver's name and telephone number, full details of the vehicle together with number plate, link with the exact location where the driver would park and wait, instructions on what time you should be at the location and a link to follow the the trip. At arrival to the location you are welcomed with a professionalism. The trip to the airport was pleasant and comfortable and what is more important is that you feel safe given the time of travelling. If you plan good you will get to your destination on time with this company. I would not hesitate to use their service again when needed

7 lakes circuit rila mountains
Well organised trip to the Rila mountains, 7 lakes circuit. Very good information prior to the trip and during the hike. Fantastic guides who were good fun and reassuring. Lovely touch was the insight into the Bulgarian psyche based on history and cyrillic alphabet and history. Highly recommended if you want a beautiful, well organised hike in lovely scenery

When you go into the mountains you like to trust the ski material and the local knowledge of the company you rent from and their ski instructors.
In my situation I rented cross country ski material on internet. Arriving in the shop in Bansko they could not find this reservation in their computer. It took a hour to solve this.. When they solved their mistake I asked a simple question how do you connect the shoe to the ski. It took 15 minutes and 4 employees to connect the shoe to the ski. They even did not have this simple knowledge of the materials they rent. Dangerous when you are in the mountains with this kind proffessionals. This people suppose to know the local situation imagine a sudden weather change. They do not know the minimum. In my case they rented the equipment I arrived in the mountains and the cross country loupe was closed for preparation of a competition the next day. When I brought back the equipment and i told them even then a bell did not ring. I spend rental cost a pass for the lift and parking ( all together 40 euro ) I wrote a letter to the head office of Traventuria and a reminder and guess what no reply. This is the way they solve their mistakes

Cheapest transfer in Bansko except public bus but they are less convenient. Good minibus, nice driver who speak english. Good driving and right in time. Perfect.

We booked ski equipment in bansko and was very satisfied with the service.
Every worker was nice and willing to help.. the transfer service was good as well , arrived on time and the vehicles are in good condition.
