Avoid them !!!! I was waiting 3 months, and finally my pack got lost somewhere. Customer service have you deep in the dark hole. Buying on this website is gambling - mostly you will lose your money. Their terms should be a hint for people, that the first page is covered with avoiding responsibility for packs that won't arrive to buyers.

I placed my order on November 18th, 2025. At the time of purchase, it clearly stated that production and shipping would take 10–12 weeks, and I was fully aware of that before buying.
The order was shipped within that timeframe and arrived in Portugal on March 3rd, 2026, so I want to be fair and say that the estimated timeline was respected.
However, I paid import duties and taxes at checkout. Now that the package has arrived in Portugal, I am being asked to pay customs fees again in order to receive it.
I have already emailed customer support and also contacted them via Instagram, but I have not received any response.
The delay was acceptable because it was clearly communicated. The lack of response and the double taxation issue are not.
I hope this gets resolved, but the absence of customer support communication is concerning.

Cactus hoodie ordered in May 2025, 250$ paid and no delivery!!!

- According to their courier company, after 5 months! the parcel was send back due to the stupid excuse of wrong address while the other small item from the same order was delivered correctly so it is total bullshit
- Courier reported RETURNED 4 months ago!
- BUT CJ team is repeating like a broken record that they haven’t received it and they are not responsible!!

So where is the staff or my money?? Simply stolen!!

Absolutely $&@“?!’ horrible. Purchase the Travis Scott Barcelona Jersey and I haven’t seen the shadow of the product yet. We are soon counting 1 year from the transaction date. No response on email and the website is sneaky enough to plan the delivery date after the dispute of chargeback deadline.

Give me my product or money back.

I would give zero if possible. I ordered a jacket November 13, it had header that read will arrive before Christmas. On Dec 23 I sent message saying I haven't received 200 dollar jacket. I received a response saying they had 10 week delivery. And no refunds or exchanges. I sent Pic showing it said arrival before Christmas, they said it didn't apply to everything. I asked if I could change size to different grandson, since I already had to buy new present. They said no excha

Terrible services and delivery. I ordered from CactusJack in May. They gave me an estimated time of delivery July. So I ordered the hoodie to Spain, as I had friends that lived there for the whole summer and they don't deliver to my country. The order was sent out at the end of August, extreme delay. Meaning I had to change the delivery address, which I could not do on time, as I sent them around 5 emails and they responded only to 1. At the end they did not want to help me so the package was returned. While returning though, it was abondoned, since then I have been trying to find out why it was abondoned, but they just totally ignore me now. If you order prepare for zero communication and extreme delays.

Total Scam — Still No Delivery After Months!
I ordered from Cactus Jack Store months ago, and never received a thing. They keep lying that the package was shipped, but I have official proof from DHL and the local delivery company that they never received any package from them — meaning it was never actually sent.
Their customer service ignores emails, gives fake tracking updates, and takes zero responsibility. Just look at their Instagram and Trustpilot pages — hundreds of people are going through the same thing.
I’ve already reported this company to the BBB, FTC, Competition Bureau of Canada, Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre,and Trustpilot itself. This is one of the worst and most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with.
Avoid this store at all costs!

Just like the other reviews - An absolute scam!!! I don't personally listen to travis scott but My boyfriend wanted a vinyl of his for christmas and showed me the website.

I purchased one vinyl on the 6th of september seeing it explained ‘ships between 2-3 weeks’. So i had waited until that time frame was up, then started to get skeptical, after looking up reviews and seeing basically everyone has had the same experience I decided to email them.

They replied to me saying my info is not in the system and they basically can’t find my order, which is crazy because the money is not in my bank and I had an email confirmation with my adress on and everything????

So to conclude do not waste your time ordering from this terrible company, multi millionaire guy can’t even pay employees properly to do a decent job. don’t waste your time!

Still waiting for my merchandise. They don't even care if you received to not your order.

I placed an order to Spain for the Travis Scott x FC Barcelona jersey on May 12. On the website, they already warn you that shipping takes 10 to 12 weeks. At week 10, I sent several emails and never got a response. At week 16, on September 4, I received an email saying the order had been shipped. Thirteen days later, the package is still stuck in the same place handled by DHL and hasn’t moved. Awful.

People need to realise that most of the items sold by Travis are in presale meaning it will take longer to ship them I had scheduled shipping after aroun 6-8 weeks and it arrived after 15 I suppose if you are not ready to wait that long just dont order. The quality is good could be better for the money though but I love Travis so I dont really care.

I ordered a Travis x Barça jersey on May 9th. 130 days ago!!! Still nothing. How can Travis allow something like this to happen? It reflects badly on his brand, his image, his character. Really disappointing. Shame.

Ordered a CJ x FCB Hoodie back on May 11th. Was notified about the 8 week production time or how long it was.

The 8 weeks passed and I was wondering what was going on with my hoodie. Contacted CS - was told there was a production issue. Fair, it happens. A few weeks went by, no news - contacted them again and was told they were within the 8-12 weeks. All right fine, I’ll wait a little longer.

No further information until the end of August. Finally received a notification that the item has been shipped. Received it today 6-7 days later. Quality is solid. Gonna use it during colder weather/seasons. Unfortunately the waiting time / lack of information / support ruins everything.

The hoodie was ordered May 11th and I received it September 4th. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

There have been some production delays on the FC Barcelona items. We are working to get these items shipped out as soon as possible. The hoodies are expected to ship in September. The jerseys and footballs are expected to ship by the end of September. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is ready to ship.

I don’t believe what I am reading. How is Cactus Jack Store still operating?
I purchased WWE x Travis Scott merch back in April 2025 and it is now August 2025 and they disregard every email with the same respond and no real update on shipping. My order now says cancelled with no refund issued. £300 simply stolen but one of the biggest artists in the world.

Order in May a retro Barcelona Jersey, and send 3 mails about the status and never receive any answer. So Travis Scott you OWN me money.

Not only can the products be completely different than what is advertised when made, but the customer service is terrible. The estimates are ALWAYS wrong, and if you want an update on your products shipping, you'll get no more emails from them. They won't answer you if you try to reach out. They do not care about the customer.
