Ive ordered 2x travis x Barca Hoodie 3 months ago and havent receive any info, tracking number nothing even a response to an email. im still hoping it will be deliver but honestly im feeling being ripped off...Someone should vlog this shituation to make awareness..

Ditto. Ordered 9th May. 10-12 weeks for shipping. 13 weeks pass and emailed customer service. No pleasantries, no apology, just 'we are experiencing delays'. Then nothing... no more replies. Clearly a scam!

It was a month for delivery which wasn't a problem. The jersey looked sick and the collectors box it cam in was cool but the quality/feel of the shirt was meh. I ordered XXL cos i like baggy clothing and it felt more like a size XL as the sleeves didnt make it to my wrists and the bottom of the jersey looked weird

It has been 13 weeks since I purchased my barca merch and I havent received any updates yet.

I tried to contact them twice but no responce.

My son purchased the Barcelona/Travis Scott football shirt 3 months ago from Travis Scott’s official clothing website using his savings of £130.

It has been 3 months and his order has still not been delivered. He was originally told delivery 12 weeks, which I thought was odd as it can’t be that difficult to ship a football shirt. He has recently been told they are having difficulties shipping orders!

He is determined to persist in waiting for his order, but after reading these reviews it is highly likely he has been scammed. I’m not impressed how is a celebrity who is a father and already has so much negative press is allowing to run a scam and fraudulent clothing company ripping off young kids, fans etc when he has enough money himself!

I’m ready to take this further and happy to go to the press to highlight this star ripping off his fans.

After ordering goods from their site no response it is two months already, and no reply to emails.

I purchased the Travis Scott x FC Barcelona sweatshirt on May 10th from the official Travis Scott store. After almost three months didn't received any tracking number or shipping updates.
I reported the case to my bank and ask for refound.

I ordered the Travis Scott x FC Barcelona jersey on May 12th from the official Travis Scott store (CactusJack.com). It’s been almost three months, and I still haven’t received any tracking number or shipping updates — neither from the store nor DHL.

Recently, I got a physical notice from my local post office in Poland that a package was waiting for pickup weeks ago but was returned because I didn’t know about it (I never got any email or SMS notifications).

Has anyone else experienced this? Did your package eventually arrive? What did you do to resolve it?

I’ve contacted the store multiple times with no clear response. Any advice would be appreciated.

Fraud, I bought a product, it hasn't arrived and they don't respond to my emails.
Terrible customer service.

I purchased a TS release shirt( CJ X FOX JACKBOYS @ PACK B# X! a couple of weeks ago for my grandson and paid almost 200.00 dollars for it.
The shirt was labeled a large and it looks like a small and doe not fit , If they are going to charge such outrageous prices because it has Travis Scotts name on it I would expect it to be the right size and good quality.

Ordered almost 10 weeks ago with no delivery or update. Customer Service is a joke and I paid over $160....

Just read someone has had an order placed through Cactus Jack, same thing happened to me today. Contacted them and got same response that once order placed etc etc. my payment went through Shop App. Trying to get help from them was almost impossible. I’ve deleted my card with Shop and won’t use them again. Been in touch with bank and so far no money has been taken.
Would strongly recommend people dont use Shop!

I received an order confirmation from the official Travis Scott / Cactus Jack store for an order I never placed, shipped to a person I do not know, in a country where I do not live. Someone used my personal email address without my consent.

I immediately contacted their customer service, explained the situation, and asked them to cancel the unauthorized order and confirm that my payment info wasn’t misused. Their response? They refused to help. They claimed that “production has begun” and “all sales are final” — ignoring the fact that this was not a legitimate order from me.

A “no refund” policy does not apply to fraud — yet they have shown zero interest in protecting innocent people or investigating possible misuse of personal data.

If you care about your personal information or credit card security, think twice before buying anything from the Travis Scott store. They take your money — but they won’t lift a finger when something goes wrong.

Unacceptable business practice and terrible customer support.

I have never ordered anything from Travis Scott, yet they have been taking orders using my bank card which I have never authorized. They have no phone number to contact and they have failed to reply to any messages left through their online shop. It’s disgusting!!!!

Do not buy from any of his stores!!! Orders take 10 to 16 weeks to ship, if they ship at all, and you cannot cancel an order. There is no notice of how long it will take them to ship the product until after you pay.
