Easy option purchasing on-line. The product was as expected no issues. What was lacking was assistance to load a couch and two recliners on a trailer when picking up. My brother was the sole person doing the pickup and had to try and load these by himself.

Excellent service and prompt delivery- very happy with product that exactly represents what was advertised on website.

The delivery was prompt and the bookcase is fabulous. Funky shape and now all my music books are easy to access.

Brought some stuff online late at night, the following morning they items dropped in price by nearly $100 I tried multiple times trying to contact them to refund me so I could order at the new price, kept having issues with their site and when I finally was able to send something threw to them they didn’t respond until days later once the items had been delivered and wouldn’t refund the difference, I shop from here alot and I no longer will be

Lost parts, can not assembly, no email reply

Service while I was there to pick up my mirror. Nobody helped me, even though I was alone and struggling. A guy even drove past on his forklift, looked at me, and laughed.

I understand that I didn't do the delivery service, but a simple hand would have made a world of difference. I won't support a company that doesn't value their customers

So easy, affordable, so quick to be ready for pick up and took about 10 minutes to put together

My order came without instructions and missing pieces (No feet for my cabinet) I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this outcome ! I have made contact regarding this and had no response . Unhappy with this result and will not be purchasing from this company in future !

The driver was very helpful and took the mirrow upstairs for us. We also asked him if he would take a mini fridge upstairs as well.
