I must admit after the day I had yesterday with the missed consultation Shakir has gone out of his way today to help me resolve the issue and compensated myself fairly. I wish these mishaps don’t happen and it is unfortunate but I appreciate it’s not intended and been very apologetic and was very quick to resolve my issue so overall I’m happy.

Fantastic customer support with the Treat it clinic. They when above and beyond to help me with technical issues mainly caused by myself. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Guys is really great and understanding

What an absolute joke of a clinic. First off they stole £49 from me and now they are contacting trust pilot to try and get my reviews removed. Avoid this clinic like your life depends on it. There are much better clinics out there, clinics who don't treat you like they are your drug dealer, like treat it do. Clinics that really do care about your health and wellbeing and not just about your money.

I have had repetitively awful experiences with this company over the course of this year.
I can’t believe the number of positive reviews here; are they really genuine?? I’ve been with 2 previous clinics and have been a medical cannabis patient since early 2020.

Communication from treat-it is awful, my mobile phone lists the number of unanswered calls after 20 minutes plus on hold. (Hint - if you call as a new patient the phone is answered more frequently and more promptly than the existing patient line.) My email inbox tells a sorry tale, month after month.

Employees do not understand why the systems in place do not work well for patients and they don’t understand the differences in medications or why the ordering system can be problematic.

The clinicians are generally pleasant and helpful, sadly they don’t run the clinic. The tech lets them down and I’ve been left in online waiting rooms 50 minutes whilst sending messages to the “live” WhatsApp chat. No one bothered to let me know that the clinician was unable to access the system. The only response from the WhatsApp chat, far too late, was completely irrelevant.

Follow up appointment went exactly the same way. No one got in touch to say the scheduled appointment couldn’t happen. When the consult finally happened the oils I’m prescribed were not in stock and a week later I’m still waiting - no communication whatsoever from this clinic.

I’ve found support diabolically lousy. The online formulary is geared towards vaping and supply of bud. I primarily take oils and 4/5 times I’ve tried to order they’re not in stock.
I’ve spent 3 weeks attempting to get my prescription filled and failing.

In my experience this clinic runs like a poorly stocked retail shop that hasn’t bothered with staff training.

Shakir is a valuable asset to your Company due to his patience & ability in explaining how to complete the registration process & I & my Wife would like to thank him very much.

Has really altered my life considerably. I have multiple sclerosis and am suffering from PTSD - taking medical marijuana has helped heal both mentally and physically. Could not rate this company higher. Thank you. 🙏🏻

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Treat It Clinic, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation — especially to Shakir, who has been exceptional throughout.

From resolving a delivery mix-up to following up personally and even including a thoughtful complimentary item, the level of care and attention has been genuinely outstanding. It’s rare to feel this well looked after in any service, let alone in medical care.

The communication was fast, polite, and supportive. Every message made me feel heard and valued. I’ll absolutely continue using Treat It and will recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, patient-focused support.

I don’t know where to start really this company is absolutely fantastic. They’re more interested in you as a person than they are just selling medication. The last company I was with just interested in money and not the patient.
First of all, I would like to thank Joanne Campbell my clinician that checks on me every six month it’s nice to have the continuity of speaking to one clinician
I would also like to find Mohammed Hasan who works in the pharmacy and deals with my prescription? He always gets in touch if there is a problem with your script.
And a really big thank you too, Shakir who puts up with sometimes silly questions I ask but he has the patience to deal with me because he treats me as though I am a friend Next Door she also shows a lot of empathy
But I should say thank you to all the Treat team you have made my life bearable without taking opiates that make me poorly

This clinic genuinely cares for its patients, not just about cash like some others. Always improving the service which has been great for me.

I have been a patient for over a year now and can't wait to find a new clinic.

Issues
1. Slow pharmacy
2. Contact slow or cant even get through
3. Doctors give you 1 bit of info 1 month the next month they change what they say and when you mention it they say it was a different product
4. Always low on stock
5. Slow process from request of prescription
6. Out of 16 prescription Ive had from them I can say only 5 I didn't have to call about and chase
7. They are very good at losing your prescription

Trick or treat feels like a more appropriate name than Treat it. Painful and inefficient from start to finish, and even the discharge letter takes up to 7 days to escape the system. It’s honestly stress-inducing.

The process of actually getting medication looks something like this:

1. Check if Treat It even lets you submit the prescription.

2. Phone the pharmacy to see if they’ve got stock.

3. Tell Treat It what stock is required.

4. Phone Treat It again to make sure they actually send the prescription.

5. Wait 4 mysterious days while nothing happens.

6. Discover the stock has run out.

7. Repeat steps 2–6 until you finally end up with the one item nobody else wants.

It feels like the admin team are doing their best in impossible conditions, but they’ve been under-resourced for so long that this endless runaround has become the accepted ‘normal’.

A system that makes even simple things painful — surely time for an overhaul!
