I’ve been with Treat-It for nearly a year now and I can honestly say they are amazing! The support from the team has been outstanding throughout.
A big shout-out to Shakir – he’s always happy to answer any questions and is a real credit to the team.
I’ve referred lots of friends and family to Treat-It and they’ve all had the same great experience as me.
The quality of products just keeps getting better. The medical industry can sometimes have a bad reputation, but in my experience Treat-It has been faultless.

Completely Unacceptable – Incompetence and Neglect That’s Making Me Ill
I’ve been a patient at Treat It for 6 months and I’ve never felt more abandoned or mistreated by a healthcare provider. For a week now, their IT systems have been down, making it impossible to book a consultation, which I urgently need in order to receive my next prescription. This has left me without access to essential medication—medication I rely on for my health and well-being.
What makes this situation even more appalling is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the clinic. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times via what's app and email, as their phone number does not work and each interaction has been met with confusing, contradictory, and frankly incompetent responses. No clear timeline. No workaround. No urgency. Just vague excuses and unhelpful platitudes.
This is not just inconvenient—it’s dangerous. Being left without my medication has started to seriously affect my health, and the stress of being stonewalled by the very people who are supposed to help is making everything worse.
A healthcare provider should never leave their patients in limbo like this. If you rely on timely access to your prescription, I urge you to think twice before trusting this clinic with your care.

THE UK's Most Dreadful Cannabis Clinic
This is my final and most honest review of this tin pot clinic. All my other reviews of them have been good as when I leave an honest review they would get in touch begging me to change or delete it, but not this time!!
This clinic was great for the first 4 months but for the rest of the time they've been acting like drug dealers and not the medical professionals they claim to be. They are the most clueless, incompetent clowns I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lie to you constantly and they couyldn't care less about your health or well being, all they care about is your money. I paid for a consultation on Wednesday and they didn't issue the script as they discharged me from the clinic before I had even chosen my medicine, of which they had more products out of stock than they actually had in stock, because I was annoyed with them because of the lies they told me, and they didn't like it. At the minute they refuse to refund me because of my supposed inappropriate behaviour which was me basically telling the idiot on the phone what I thought of him and his dreadful clinic. They think by discharging me they are punishing me but they're not. In fact they did me a favour because I've been wanting to be discharged for a while but they alwways made it difficult for me to do so. I'll finish this review by saying that if you value your mental health and general well being you'll be doing yourself a favour by avoiding these MORONS like the plague and finding a better clinic, a clinic that doesn't rob you like these morons have done to me. A clinic that actually cares about your health and wellbeing.

I have never had any problems with contacting customer service and always get a quick response, particularly via whatsapp. Shakir particularly has been really attentive and helped me with an order issue within 24 hours.

Transferred 6 Months Ago
I was transferred over to this clinic 6 months ago as part of my investment promotion that I had got with Glo and have to say have been really impressed with their service and communication.
They have a dedicated WhatsApp group so you can message with any queries and questions and they will reply quickly.
Went on holiday back in May to Belgium so required a letter so that I could travel with my
Medication and they did this with no issues.
They have a great selection of options and delivery is extremely fast, put an order in yesterday evening and it arrived today in the morning.
Overall really happy with Treat-It clinic and would definitely recommend.
