Treat It Medical Cannabis Clinic Reviews 

After some confusion with my order last week I’d like to thank Shakir from treat it clinic for his excellent customer service. Not only did he immediately secure me a refund for something I’d paid for that was out of stock but he also got the fee waived for something I mistakenly hadn’t been charged for from another previous order. I’ve had problems with late delivery in the past but I can’t fault their customer service and will continue to use treat it clinic because of this.

Shakir made sure my order arrived when it was meant to after some difficulty so thank you for that.

Started out well, but actually getting a doctor to sign off on a prescription is proving to be difficult. Support services reply with vague information and don’t follow up. I suspect lack of staff, and based on current service I anticipate that my prescription will not be fulfilled in a timely manner.

I've been with a couple of clinics prior to settling with treat-it.
From start my experience has been great, I had my prescription completed quickly and generally the customer support for patients too is quick and promptly resolved.

I’ve been a patient at Treat It Clinic for over a year, and I’m writing this review out of deep frustration and concern. My experience has been marked by repeated service failures, poor communication, and a lack of accountability that has directly impacted my health and wellbeing.

In March 2024, I booked a consultation that never happened. I wasn’t contacted until I chased the clinic myself, and even then, I was told to wait for a call that never came. Later, the clinic falsely claimed the appointment had occurred. I felt dismissed and ignored.

In 2025, the situation worsened. My prescription was only partially fulfilled, and I wasn’t informed. I had to find out from the pharmacy and chase the clinic myself. My formal complaint wasn’t acknowledged within the clinic’s own 3-day policy window—a clear breach. I was told to rebook a consultation for a prescription that was never delivered, and the voucher code they gave me didn’t work. I was left without essential medication for nearly a month.

The emotional toll has been significant. I’ve felt anxious, stressed, and completely unsupported. I’ve spent countless hours chasing updates, writing emails, and trying to resolve issues that should have been proactively managed by the clinic. The lack of urgency, empathy, and transparency has been infuriating. I even questioned whether I should continue under their care at all.

The clinic’s responses have often been vague, delayed, or dismissive. Promises of improvement were made, but the same problems kept happening. Even when I escalated my concerns, I received no meaningful action or reassurance. I was told my complaint was under review, but no timeline or resolution was provided. A voucher does not make up for the stress and disruption I’ve endured.

For a private clinic that charges monthly fees and consultation costs, the service has been shockingly poor—worse than what I’ve experienced with my local NHS GP. Treat It has failed to meet its own policies, let alone the standards expected under healthcare regulations. I’ve been left feeling like my care is not taken seriously, and my trust in the clinic has been severely damaged.

I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. I would not recommend Treat It Clinic unless they make serious, transparent, and lasting changes to how they manage patient care, communication, and accountability.

This is my 3rd clinic now and I rate them very highly. I have not had any issues. Friendly understanding staff that are always glad to help. It’s a good price on the monthly plan. I would recommend.
