I have been a patient for over a year now and cannot recommend this service enough.
The support recieved on my last order was slightly complicated as I was going on holiday Shakir took my situation very seriously and he made sure that prescription was handled properly. He supported me with professionalism and compassion and made sure I fully understood everything and his consistency made it all possible. A huge credit to the treat it team as he went above and beyond his role in sales to support me through the support channel which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again Shakir 🙏🏼

Absolutely amazing,
Absolutely amazing,, I was worrying about my prescription being late due to bank the holiday, I spoke to Shakir and he was more then helpful within minutes he phoned me straight back with all the information I needed and was sincerely apologetic and was so helpful,,, since being a treat it patient my quality of life has been so much better and I would like to thank everyone involved!

No sense of service They just want money
They just want money, I expressed my concerns as I don't just want medication but to feel like I'm being. Treated . They are working as "legal" drug dealers and don't care about patient well being or health. Avoid they will take you money delay giving you medication and just won't care about your concerns
They sent here to help besides me explaining to them my health issues like ADHD and PS TD I asked about the number they're calling me which they never advised, I asked to call me at a set time which they didn't, I asked them what the complaints procedure they wouldn't inform me I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn't reply I've got screenshots of these conversations so please do not gaslight me who gives a shit if you gave me a reduced cost it's because I'm a glo.investor not that your doing me any favours.
These companies do no treat you like a patient big instead a easy way to get money and taking advantage that the NHS is failing people.

Please understand that our aim is always to support our patients in managing their health. We have helped hundreds of patients, and your subscription has now been canceled, with a full refund issued for the most recent charge. Additionally, your 30-minute consultation was part of the package, which was offered at a reduced cost.
We genuinely wish you the best in your health journey, and if you ever have any further questions or need assistance, we are here to help.

Seem to only work 3 days a week response time is rubbish can take weeks to get anything sorted. My last prescription was sent to me illegally. Received it then hours after receiving the prescription was cancelled so I had no paper work for my meds. 3 weeks on and this incident still isn't resolved. The pharmacy newgroove isn't much help either they just seem to blame each other. So now I've requested to move clinic as there are tons of better clinics! I'd avoid and spend your money elsewhere!

Dr was very helpful and understanding, alongside the other triage staff, prices are by far better than the last clinic I used and the medicine seems to be so much higher quality. Feels like I can begin getting my life on track with the help I need being fulfilled.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shakir who is an excellent representative.
I feel that Shakir went above and beyond to guide me through the eligibility process, the subscription and booking me an appointment with a clinician, I deal with a lot of restrictions which have limited my availability.
Shakir was very patient with me, he even made himself available to me to finalise when he was clearly unwell.
Excellent customer care …. 5 star

Exemplary, friendly, efficient service
The service I received from Treat It so far has been exemplary. I was with another well known clinic before that I was pretty happy with but they did not offer non-irradiated strains, significantly reducing my choice, so I decided to switch to Treat It due to being a GLO investor. I was somewhat trepidatious that things would not go smoothly but the process was very simple for me and all the consultants, and doctors (Shakir, Sameen and Mehran) were so polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. The whole process from initial WhatsApp contact to receiving my prescription took just over a month. The prescription I received appears to be excellent quality from GLO but I have yet to try it.

My experience with Treat It
I first emailed Treat It during Christmas but didn’t receive a reply, I then contacted them a few weeks later on WhatsApp and spoke with Shakir who was very helpful, even called me back after hours to help me. I managed to get an appointment quite quickly and the process was very easy, everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful. I did end up with an email reply but after I’d already signed up with them. Overall a very good clinic I would just advise people to WhatsApp rather than email.
