Highly recommended always get my prescription to me on time and always let me know if something I ordered is out of stock before I pay. My first clinic I’ve used but so far 5 months in I’m happy with the service the communication could do with improvement but they do have a lot of clients and not as many staff to deal with capacity, with that being said i would definitely recommend

I am pleased to be enrolled onto this scheme but the service really lags. Slow communication, the customer services are pretty much unresponsive. I have been offered to use a referral scheme, forwarded names of two friends who are trying to get on the treatment, but after a month of wait nothing happened even after I have reminded the clinic that those people are their potential clients.

I am pleased to see that the clinic has listened to the feedback, for that I have increased my score. A friend has just successfully enrolled!

Treat-It Clinic
I've been with Treat-It clinic for about 8 months now and have found the staff very professional and helpful. They are very quick to listen and deal with any problems.
Issues or delays with medication were usually caused by a certain pharmacy - not the clinic , this is simply solved by using a different pharmacy.

Very simple process
Very simple process, everything was explained clearly, I only had to wait 4 days for a decision. And was contacted about what was available what I needed did I prefer indica or sativa or both. Five days later I had my life changing medication.

Brilliant Clinic
I've been a patient with Treat-It since soon after their opening and I've not once thought to shop around for another clinic.
The Dr's are knowledgeable and compassionate, the service is for the most part really speedy and the charges for consultations are sensible considering the rest of the market.
The best part for me is that I've been in a lot less pain this whole time and so I'm grateful.

Wish I'd switched sooner!
I switched to Treat-It Clinic in April after being tempted by their fees compared to what I was paying with my previous clinic, 4 months later I can certainly say I most pleased and wish I had switched sooner!
The only time I've had a delay is because a particular strain of flower was out of stock and there was confusion when selecting an alternative, other than that the service so far has been excellent.
The staff I've had correspondence with either by phone or on WhatsApp have been super helpful and the longest I've waited to be connected by phone was under 15 minutes.
Personally, I feel I've received great service so far and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Over the last two months I’ve spent 7+ hours on hold or on calls with them, literally not one single call has taken place without them over promising and under delivering. ‘You’re clinician will call on x at x’ then I get a call the day before not even at the right time, none of them seem to know what’s going on, clinicians quit on a button and leave you stranded, needing to go through the process again, zero accountability, it’s about £50 cheaper than the next place, but holy moly I would have paid £200 more not to go through what they’ve put me through.

Fantastic clinic. Spoke to a really helpful doctor with my mum as the treatment was to support her with side effects from chemotherapy. They were compassionate and listened to us intently. A little but pricey but worth every penny. Medication was dispatched quickly

Great clinic
Really great clinic with fair pricing. Prescription renewal is easy and the Drs/prescribers are knowledgeable and understanding to my condition. I would recommend, especially with the new website rework, thank you :)
This was my first clinic and I received my prescription about 3 weeks from the initial contact, with check ups every 6 months or whenever I need to. They have a WhatsApp support chat which has been a lifesaver too! The support workers are helpful and have answered/resolved any queries I’ve had.
