I ordered a tree which was in stock and available for immediate delivery. I received a call letting me know it was delayed and I would be here by 24th November. The tree hasn't arrived, Ive had no contact, the telephone number supplied is now unobtainable and e-mails are not responded to.
I am going to take this up with my bank now to get e refund and report to trading standards if I do not get a response from this company. If there is an explanation then I am happy to give another review.

Totally disastrous experience and NOT TREE MENDOUS at all. Despite numerous emails asking what has happened to our order, and constant one line statements promising results. After 2 months of not completing the order. We are now going down other routes to reclaim our money. My advice would be don't order via this company. They are totally unable to fulfil their promise.

Fantastic customer service. The trees are top quality products, even better than I imagined. Delivered 1 day before the specified date which is always a bonus.

I will definitely be returning!!

Total scam, they don’t deliver the right product , no refund , no customer service to reply. The 5stat review are from themselves. Avoid at all costs

Really happy with my purchase. The tree looks great in my living room and the quality is better than I expected. Delivery was quick and the whole process was easy. Would definitely buy from them again.

You know fine well you have ripped us off. You can lie all you like but let me tell us this. I am reporting you to trading standards and also will ensure I post on every local fb page that's local to you..
You should be closed down as you are blatantly scamming people

We ordered a tree in July and after a couple of emails asking where our tree is they eventually responded and lied to us that our tree had been dispatched...
The tree never arrived!
We are going through our bank to reclaim our money and that means this company will be recorded as fraudulent with the bank..
They even had the bare faced cheek to tell us we should be more understanding as they are a small buisness..
He makes a better comedian than he does a buisness..
Like we can afford to lose money that we work hard for..
Seen a couple of reviews on here that are clearly fake and wrote by the company themselves as judging by the majority of reviews people have had a very poor experience with this company..

I would advise anyone who is thinking of buying from this company to avoid and run for the hills.
This is a scam company who takes your money and doesn't deliver what you have paid for..

I also intend to contact trading standards and other relevant authorities to ensure this company is closed down

We finally received our tree, which is great. Worth the wait. I spoke to the owner of the company, Joseph, a few times and I was aware that he was overwhelmed with too many orders and was then shafted by someone who made a big order and after receiving them withdrew her payment and kept the trees, which has had an impact - seems they had the audacity to write a negative review on here too. The only thing I’d say is that communication needs to be improved. Customers just want to know what’s going on, and I can see this has contributed to the bad reviews on here, but the final product is wonderful and Joseph kindly pointed me towards a discount code that made it even better value. This is a legitimate company and I’m a verified reviewer on TP.

IF my order arrives, I will be happy to increase the stars given, but currently my experience isn’t positive.
I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago and other than an email to confirm my order, I have received no further communication or responses to my numerous emails/messages through varying platforms or using the email address the company continually ask people to use to contact them. The website suggests a maximum deliver of 15 working days, yet I haven’t even received a dispatch notice yet. The phone number no longer connects and I am concerned that the company have taken my money and do not plan to fulfil the order. The lack of communication, clarity and openness is concerning and had I known this before ordering, along with the delay I would never have purchased from this company. Transparency and honesty with customers goes a long way!

Ordered a tree which arrived after 3 weeks - I emailed twice re a return, no reply, tried 2 phone numbers I found online - but both unobtainable -so I would avoid this company

Really good experience, tree is very lifelike and looks exactly like it does on the website. Customer service good too - don’t be put off my lack of reviews, would happily purchase again.

We ordered a tree for £250.00.
We got a mail a week later saying delayed delivery. After 5 months we recieved nothing but emails promising to investigate, promises to dispatch next day..... still no tree. We have to reclaim our money through Visa, proper rip off

This is a scam.

These guys will take your money and if you chase them hard enough they will pretend that your delivery is imminent - but nothing ever happens.

For about 8 weeks now I have been told my delivery is coming “this week”, “about to be dispatched”, “arriving within a couple of days” - nothing ever happens and you don’t hear from them again until you chase and chase.

If you call the number listed on their website, mostly this goes unanswered- occasionally a receptionist picks up but as you might have guessed by now nobody is ever available to discuss the outstanding order. They promise someone will call you back - this also never happens.

I asked for a refund and was told this would be issued - again nothing happened.

These guys have a nice looking website but they will mislead you every step of the way - don’t order, you’ll never see the items or your money back.

Tree-Mendous - if you truly want to put things right as you claim in your response below, then issue the refund you promised me but which never materialised.

Scam - Avoid
Ordered plant almost 3 months ago, plant took 6 weeks + to arrive & £200 pot never delivered. Company stopped responding. Absolute scam & totally untrustworthy company!

Superb product.
Just the admin and delivery need improvement.
Item comes well packed and once in the system communication is fine.

I placed an order on August 29th for an olive tree and pot. It’s now November 4th, and my order is still not complete.

The olive tree only arrived after I chased the company, which took around four weeks. The pot still hasn’t been delivered, despite promises that it would be sent “the following week.” I’ve followed up again, but this time there’s been no response at all.

Because the pot never arrived, I’ve had to keep the tree in its box — I have no idea what condition it’s in at this point. The lack of communication, delays, and broken promises are incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I would strongly advise caution before ordering from this company. The products might look nice online, but the customer service and reliability have been extremely disappointing.

We chose the Fiddle Fig Tree plus the stone effect pot and we are delighted with our choice.
