Good quality tree

Beware of this website Scam.

Order a plant costing £195 on 29th Sept. It was meant to be delivered within 10 working days. I contacted them to say I’ve not received. I was told someone would call me back, nobody ever did. Claimed back through my bank. Total inconvenience. Wish I seen reviews before purchasing.

Really pleased with my eucalyptus tree and pot. Both lovely quality and the tree is very realistic. They were really well packaged too which does matter. The man I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Scam… I had to get my credit card company to arrange a charge back… I would avoid at all costs.

I am giving the review a 5 star review based on the quality of the product once it arrived. To be totally transparent, delivery did not come within the specified time frame, but I was in touch with business owner and we got it sorted. The company is definitely not a scam company and products are high quality. They seem to be having a temporary issue impacting some of their delivery time frames, but given the current tough economic conditions facing all businesses I wanted to give the company a break as I don't feel some of the reviews accurately reflect the business.

They have taken my money 8 weeks ago and had nothing. I have rang their number 6 times and constantly being told no one is available and emailed twice. I am a business owner and it’s clear to see that the number is linked to a call centre which is outsourced. I have now reported this to my bank as fraud who have refunded the money. AVOID

Avoid this company at all costs. It appears to be a scam website. I had a very negative experience, and strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with them. Have now gone though the bank so they can investigate this company

This company is a scam!
I ordered a plant from this company on the 29th of August. After weeks of chasing, I was repeatedly told that a refund would be issued within 3–5 working days — but it never arrived.
Every time I called, they promised someone would get back to me, yet no one ever did. It’s clear this company has no intention of fulfilling orders or issuing refunds. In my experience, this company is a scam. I strongly urge others not to order from them — you’ll likely lose your money and waste your time.

The trees were described well and looked like the pictures. Delivery was on time as planned. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We ordered the Artificial Paradise palm tree with Gold metal planter - we absolutely love it! Minimal maintenance and looks real! Very happy with the purchase, will definitely order from here again and recommend!

Avoid this company they are scammers, you have to constantly chase for an update, they keep giving excuses like the pots haven’t arrived on time, then they send you fake UPS emails implying the delivery is coming only for it to not show up and get rescheduled to another day. Clearly looking at the reviews they’ve just added a load of fake happy customers as it’s rather suspect they’ve had months of bad reviews and in the space of a week they suddenly get loads of 5 star happy customers. This is a scam site, please save your money and your time.

Delighted with the tree we received. Looks great in our entrance hall and the team really helped with how to display it most effectively

Bought several ball bushes, pots and trees. One pot was wrong size but owner arranged a new one to be delivered within 2 days. Then messaged to ask if we had everything and if we were happy. Initial delivery took a while but he apologised and explained and the order was worth waiting for.

We were so pleased with what turned out to be a Fantastic choice and was so pleased with the quality of the large ficus tree and pot we ordered. Looks exceptional in our lounge and the uplighter we use in the evening puts a great accent on the tree, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again another plant soon.
