My order wasn’t in stock so I was offered a refund or a smaller size with a return label. The assistant then kindly called me to say another size had been found, so a selection was sent for me to try. I could not fault this service. Teresa from Customer Services went above and beyond to help us.

Amazing delivery
Amazing delivery. Arrived on time and given that Charles Owen is stopping manufacturing said helmet we bought as a future replacement. Bit disappointed that you added extra onto the price knowing there would be demand but I had a discount code so all good!
