They asked me if I showered :(

They asked me if I showered :(

Went in, tried the exfoliator, dead skin came off, yay. Then they joked asking if I showered. I was so embarrassed, I wanted to leave, but they wouldn't let me. I had to tell them well over 3 times that I did not have any money for them, even resulting to raising my voice. (I'm a quiet, scared in social situations, type girl.) The whole store knew of my financial situations by the end of the ordeal. Even so, they kept offering me deals. I was only able to leave by telling them I'd be right back to make a phone call to see if I could get the money. UNBELIEVABLE.

I was so insecure and ashamed, I spent 3 hours scrubbing my skin in the shower that night instead.
(I was supposed to be at a wedding, which is why I was in the mall in the first place- to get a dress, yes last minute) Social anxiety sky rocketed.

But hey, at least you have pretty boys with accents to sell your product because you need some kind of buffer for your aggressive sales tactics. Is that even ethical to higher only white, skinny, pretty boys with foreign accents and blue eyes? Equal hiring opportunities? Representation from all backgrounds? Talk about diversity and realistic body images.

Like living in a surface level barbie dream house with a prisoner interrogation room for a basement.

The product didn't seem terrible when I tested it. I in fact thought it was nice. Too bad customer experience was god awful with a bow wrapped around it.

Great Customer Service…

I appreciate the fact that when an item was out of stock they called to be sure The placement was what I wanted instead.
However I did not want the replacement item and ask for a refund. It took longer than expected, but Stephanie make sure and followed up! I really appreciate that because I do intend to come back for more products in the future.

Tresor Rare Review

Tresor Rare's color'age protecting and fishing powder is a life saver! I had dull patches on my face and I got this product to those patches, not only did it hide but it also repaired my skin texture. My skin has never felt so soft before.

They are a SCAM

Any positive review is a part of the scam. This company is a scam and the associates aggressively push you to buy hundreds if not thousands of dollars that you can’t review. They are heartless and take advantage of you.

My name is Tina

My name is Tina. On Dec 16, 2020 I was Christmas shopping at the Landing in Branson, Mo. I was walking past Tresor Rare when a salesman runs out to me and hands me a gold colored packet and takes my arm and pretty much drags me into the store and sits me down in a chair and automatically starts applying a eye cream on my face and he has an accent and is talking so fast I could barely understand what he was saying. He did not ask if I had any allergies before he applied the eye serum. Only after he applied. Then before I could even understand or comprehend what was going on, he already had my bank card and pretty much demanded that I get the facial. I told him I did not want the facial and I was on a short time limit. The facial took an hour and when he was finished I could not feel my lips and the serum he applied was so caked on my face, it rolled off like some kind of glue. My face broke out in little pimple looking bumps. So I took the unwrapped, never opened product back to the store the very next day on Dec 17,2020 and ask for a refund and I was told that since I got the facial I cannot return or get a refund. I was not told any of this before he demanded me to get the facial. So now I am stuck with $300.00 of unopened, still in the plastic wrapping, eye serum and peeling gel. This is WRONG.... I was manipulated and pretty much forced into buying this product. I have called the Better Business Bureau and made my complaints. This needs to stop.

I have to agree with so many others…

I have to agree with so many others about the sales tactics ( having been in sales my entire career). I was vacationing in Cabo when I was enticed into their shop. Given the red ultra light therapy and a warm mask with pearly stuff. It felt quite nice and as I let it do it’s work the sales lady ( unbeknownst to me) was packing up the whole kit and Kabootle plus additional products which were not applied on me, in 2 gorgeous bags. Honestly I felt suckered the moment she gave me the Bill. I told her I didn’t want all those additional products but I was powerless and allowed the transaction to proceed. It was many many thousands ( I’m embarrassed to say how much) in $U.S. Do I notice a big difference? Not really, maybe because the creams deal with lines and bags of which I don’t have all that many.
Can one find comparable creams on the market? Probably. But the exorbitant price and tactics left a bad taste. Just be aware before you even start the process. They are pros.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I don’t know why there’s good reviews here but I’m pretty sure it’s all fake, from fake accounts or a probably made up comment and good reviews to cover up their fraud and sales tactics. This has to stop! They take advantage of innocent people especially the old ones. Basically, they will lure you to buy their products by pulling you to try the sample in your other hand or face and to see the difference. Very aggressive and pushy too. Giving you that manipulative sweet and sales talk too. The product that their selling is quite expensive too. Overpricing products. Try to look “Tresor Rare Scam Victims Unite” to see different stories from people that was also victimized and scammed by this people. I’m one of their victim. Shame on me for believing but more shame on them for taking advantage of innocent people. I loss over 1k dollars. When I found out, I called the store right away and they said “ no refund exchange only” of course, I wasn’t aware that it’s no refund policy. They don’t tell you those thing during the process because they exactly know what their doing (scamming people). I even called the company itself but they said they can’t do anything about it because the store in the mall is independently own by someone else. If you people from Tresor Rare, Premier Supreme and other cosmetic scam reading this comment, you might think that you can get away from this but one thing is for sure, You’ll never get away from GOD! You reap what you sow. There will be a day that you will get exposed!

Denied refund despite health damage

I was lured into the Tresor Rare shop in Bologna and I ended up buying Venofye for 150 euro. I had told tha sales assistant that I can only use natural products because of a series of allergies. She pampered me with various creams and assured me that I would not have any problem.
Half an hour later my left eye was tearing and burning. I lost all trust in the products and I immediately went back to have a refund. I obviously had not opened the packaging, and yet the refund was denied.
The store manager told me that she would phone the HQ today and get back to me...bu O have not heard anything. I am now in Milan with the sealed product and I am requesting a refund. I can take the cream to the Milan store and return it at any time.
It's been a very bad experience so far.

If you don't meet your customers' needs and deny them a refund for a product which is causing health damage you should not be on the market

Allergic reaction! And no refund! Update.

I bought the face peel in London after a hard sell and a pushy and aggressive sales tactic by the employee. And as such was coerced into the sale just to get out the shop. After a walk around London I decided I would go for a refund which I was denied even though I had just bought it so I thought I might as well use it since I have it turns out it burnt my skin. I have contacted the company waiting for a response as I would like my money back for the pain I have gone through!

1 year later-
I have messaged back and forth for nearly a year and nothing has come of it this is one of the biggest scams going. I will be considering getting a class action lawsuit against them.

Terrible experience

Normally, I do not review but I thought I should warn others. Tresor Rare lures you in and scams you. They use aggressive sale tactics to make the price look good. As I was taken into the store in Kansas, I felt attacked and pressured to buy $400 facial peel that is definitely not worth the price despite them lowering the price to under $100 to get you to buy. I was not able to distinguish how the ingredients used to make the products actually help you. While you may see a difference in the store, it does not last. They will try to lure you in with "free gifts" added onto the expensive price. Since I am young and inexperienced with scammers, I was not brave enough to reject them and ended up paying a ridiculous amount for the facial peel that is also NONRETURNABLE! Terrible customer service, will not listen and insist there is nothing the can do to return it even if it has been only 3 hours and the product is unused and not even taken out of the bag. Steer clear of any store with this name!

Allergic Reaction after using Tresor Rare products

I purchased Tresor Rare products from L'Amour in Lexington, KY. After using the skin care products I had an allergic reaction. I had hard lumps under my skin and I developed large, clogged pores all over my face. I contacted my dermatologist and was given a prescription. However, my skin has not improved. I am very disappointed that Tresor Rare does not stand behind its products. I contacted both L'Amour and Premier North America, Inc.(Tresor Rare) and received no response from the store or the company.
