Top Customer Service Experience

I had an issue with an engagement ring a few weeks ago and Monica was the one who assisted me in getting it repaired. She was nice, kind and patient all the way through the process. She was very bubbly, but still very professional and made everything easy for me. Best Customer Service experience so far.

Shame about the packaging

Shame about the packaging. Goods and delivery time as promised, but the company name and logo were all over the outside of the package. Shame as it was supposed to be a surprise for the person who signed for it.
