Best customer service
Best customer service - I ordered two belly bars for 48 hour delivery. Nearly 5 days later I still hadn’t received a dispatch. So I contacted the customer support who were amazing. Monica, I believe was in charge of my case, she took the trouble to call me and explain the situation (that one of the bars was waiting to be delivered their end) she offered to ship out a different colour. I declined the offer and within maybe 2/3 days my original order was shipped out for next day. Again I was called and informed that this happened. The experience took look than I hoped but I have never received such professional attentive customer service before and that is why I’ve given this review 5 stars.

We have purchased our wedding bands at Tresor Paris and have been impressed by the customer service of Richard. When we didn’t know what kind of bands we wanted, he patiently guides us all the way through the process. Also, when we weren’t sure about the engraving, he kindly arranged for it to be amended.
