Arrived promptly and when I had a bit of trouble setting the router up they were extremely helpful and sorted it out for me.

They called after I order and checked which model I wanted as better was on offer at same price.
Model I wanted had some marks on so a £25 part refund was given. Well worth a try and with smarty SIM all the flexibility you could ask for

I've only made one purchase so cannot say with extensive knowledge however the experience of that first purchase I'll certainly be checking tribz in the future.
I purchased a 5G Nokia router - I'd done some research beforehand so was sure this was the product I wanted. The description on tribz seemed very accurate and the option for user or new items was great to see.
I was purchasing for myself so took what I thought was a risk on a 'vintage' version, expecting it to look like trash but hoping it all still worked - well I was very pleasantly surprised to find a absolutely fine looking and of course fully working unit arrive (and quicker than I had expected too).
The unit did have a mark on it and didn't have original packaging but that's all, otherwise it's in very good condition - sat on the shelf and not under thorough inspection, it looks exactly as a new one would, it works perfectly and I saved a ton on the price.
I'll be testing the unit though all it's features and with a number of different sim cards / services so will update here if anything should stop working but overall and so far, this is absolutely something I feel confident to recommend to my clients (ie this product through tribz) and in doing so I'm giving my clients the option to save £100 too.
A couple of other notes;
They included a free SIM with the purchase which is certainly nice to have
A thank you and setup instructions letter was included also, it's well written.
In that letter, the emails or in the brief chat I has with their support I didn't see any nagging for reviews (the chat with support was actually to find where I can leave a review and the individual (Judge, if I remember correctly) immediately started offering help until I clarified I only wanted to leave good feedback where I was then provided some helpful information on that - very polite, very professional)

Overall, it's not necessarily that I feel tribz have gone above and beyond in any one particular aspect however in every little detail and looking at the experience as a whole, it really feels like the decision making and ethos at tribz is truly customer centric.
There are sadly few companies that deliver this level of genuine consumer focused product / service but you can be sure I remain a customer of those I find for many years and I really am looking forward to the next purchase from tribz - I 100% recommend

Purchased a used Nokia 5G Fastmile Router at an excellent price for the quality. I was a bit nervous about the "vintage" term of the quality which turned out to be a false alarm as the quality was almost brand new.

1st time tribz user and happy to say all went well - i bought a Netgear M6 Router. Great price and despite being at the low end of the ratings for condition status the item is in great order and works really well. Arrived quickly and well packaged and worked straight out of the box. i've got no problems recommending tribz to others.

Bought a second hand 5g router from them. Very helpful and thoughtful in information provided with the router. The router was missing the SIM tray and they were very quick to send me three of them. I did have to clean the product up a bit and re-connect a ribbon that had come loose, but is now working very well. Bye bye Virgin Media.
