Great customer service from two very knowledgeable guys fantastic deal on the Nokia 3.2 router quick delivery and product was as described. I now have 5g WiFi in the whole house runs like a dream . I had issues with connectivity to a router, Upon contacting customer support I returned and received a new router promptly. I had the same issue with this, issue I believe was nothing to do with faulty router or any negligence from company side. I got on a call with Sam and once we couldn't figure out the issue together he offered an upgraded router free of charge which again was promptly delivered and now all running correct. A great company to deal with. Issues happen that are no ones fault and the way these guys went above and beyond to remedy I would have no hesitation buying again, in fact they would be my go to.

Amended review
I posted an earlier, less than flattering, review when I was frustrated by the lack of response from Tribz, but once they picked up on my complaint, they acted very promptly to remedy matters. I'd be happy to deal with them again and I'd happily recommend them.

Tribz provide a first class service
Fast delivery of our router, then when we needed help, Sam went above and beyond to assist us setting it up. His knowledge was first class and his ability to explain in layman’s terms was both inspiring and informative. We then had issues with the original router and on calling Tribz they sent a replacement within 24 hours.
Would highly recommend Tribz and they will definitely be our go to company for any future needs. Cannot say how impressed we were with Sam and the service provided by Tribz.
WiFi device didn't work
WiFi device didn't work. Initially, company helpful but failed to resolve problem- and all went quiet. Finally, received refund but disappointing customer service.
5G Router faulty after 9 months, no support from Tribz
Order 8367111 on 18th May 2023 - Ordered a Nokia Fastmile 5G router, arrived promptly, great. Until it recently stopped working that is, and contacted the Tribz support email address.
No response at all.
Beware, this retailer only provides 6 months warranty on these used tech goods and seems like they are not in the slightest interested if/when after 9 months it spontaneously ceases to function.
Not exactly the "planet positive choice" that it states on the provided setup documentation, as the unit is now useless e-waste.
Not only that, but this model was end-of-life before Tribz re-sold it (Nokia no longer supports this Fastmile gateway, it's obsolete and the last firmware update was released in October 2022).
