First-time buyer with a great experience. Would love to come back.

Tribz community is very cooperative.
I was afraid to buy from them before, I have contact them, chat for long time without them tired of me Until I found myself already bought Nokia Fastmile. Their shipment was very fast. The description of item is clearly open.

A great personal customer service. Nothing was too much trouble we evaluated and tested Nokia mobile routers and tried fine tuning them with various system tweaks and different SIM cards.

Took me a few days to decide to order from here. Wondered if it was a real tech supplier. Well, it is. I assume they are quite new but the whole experience was brilliant. Good price. Excellent speed of delivery. And the customer service is off the charts. Sam answers chat enquiries at all times of day and night. I'm sure this personal level of service can't last forever but enjoy it while it does. Very happy to recommend this great company and wish them lots of luck in the future.

I really can’t recommend Tribz any more. We live in an old listed building which doesn’t have fibre despite being in the centre of a city. Our 4G router got speeds of 0.5mbps and constantly dropped out, so we decided to try a 5G router and went for the Nokia FastMile. Due to us choosing a cheap provider we had a few issues with the set up and Sam’s customer service literally could not have been better - he spent hours on the phone helping us sort it out and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Now we’ve got a consistent stable internet connection with speeds of 100-200mbps (and if we went with the actual network provider I’m sure we’d get much faster but this is cheap and does us perfectly for now). Thanks again Sam!

Tribz's services are good and quick delivery, reuse concepts are great for the environment.
After three months of regular use and coming back to writing a review of my experience, the product is brilliant and exceeds my expectations, saving money for long-term no-contract broadband service, stable with 5G signal and easy to install at outdoor locations myself.

Really good customer service I'm helping set up the wireless router. The guys, Sam i think it was, was very patient and went through all my questions, despite me needing to call up several times!

Amazing fast delivery great product superb

I'd not heard of Tribz before, so was a little hesitant placing an order. I however need not have worried - great value, quick dispatch & very responsive (Kavi). The router labelled as 'Pristine' looked good as new. I also emailed a query regarding configuration of my router (Nokia Fastmile) & received a prompt & detailed reply (Sam). I highly recommend people to use this excellent new company.

I purchased a pre owned 5G Modem to use with my network.
It arrived on time but the surprise was that when I installed it it was late in the day around 6pm. I called the support number and someone answered and helped me set it up which did not take to long and this was after hours. The next day I had isues with my own network not the supplied 5G modem and when I called Sam still tried to help me even though it had nothing to do with Tribz. All I can say is that I would strongly recommend Tribz for any item if you have after sales service like I have experienced thanks again Sam for all the great help and I now have great speed and my network is fine with your help.
